Large open main floor includes kitchen, dining, living room and beautiful game room with a foosball table, board games and a bar that gives extra space to spread out. Large deck out back with a hot tub, Gazebo, propane grill. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus a loft with sleeper. All linens are included with your stay, you only need to bring beach/pool towels in the summer months.

Towamensing Trails offers our visitors the use of their clubhouse, pool, lake, and beach.

Please Note: the development only provides 8 renter wristbands for the lake /community pool areas and DOES NOT offer the option to purchase more.

We are not responsible for community amenities and will not refund if you are unable to use during your stay . You may not bring your own boat, Kayak, or paddle board. No outdoor fires.

Government ID must be provided with in 24 hrs of reservation. A contract must be signed.

This is not a party house. Please do not rent if that is your intention. You will be asked to leave without a refund. Property has exterior cameras.

Local capacity laws do not allow more then 8 guests. More than 8 guest could result in being asked to leave without a refund.
NO pets. NO events.

PASSES/WRISTBANDS

The community requires vehicles to have a car/trash pass and wristbands for amenity access (children 4 and under do not need one). Before check-in you will be required to give your vehicle information and mailing address in order to receive your car pass(es) and wristbands that will be available to you at the house once you arrive. Please be aware that booking last minute (within 96hrs before check-in) will delay the issuing of your wristbands and car/trash pass and they may not be at the house when you arrive. The association needs time to process your renter registration paperwork so you might not have access to the beach/pool/other amenities or use the community dumpster until they are ready (may take up to 3 days). Not filling out this paperwork in a timely manner could result cancelation of your booking without refund.

TRASH

Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the community dumpster using their trash pass. Trash is open Mon/Wed/Fri 7-3pm, Tues/Thurs 11-7pm, and Sat/Sun 7-7pm. No trash or trash bags of any kind is permitted to be stored outside the house at any time, if reported there is a $300+ fine in accordance with community rules. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before checkout. Please read the trash schedule and coordinate accordingly depending on when you are checking-out as any trash left behind (either bagged or loose) will result in additional fees. Guests are also responsible for cleaning all dishes. Any dirty dishes in the sink, counters, or anywhere else will result in additional fees.

We do not accept pets , but property is not always pet free .

The place was very beautiful, cozy, very clean, and spacious. They had clean towels and sheets available in the rooms. The hot tub was already on when we got there, which was awesome with the cold weather. The renter coordinator was always available to communicate if we needed anything. My friends and I had a great time. Hopefully we can repeat some day.

Amazing home! The house was better then we expected. Very clean with lots of space. The outdoor hot tub and fire pit were fantastic. Great location!
