Great location! Difficulty checking in.
This was our first time in Paris, a family of two adults & two teens. The apartment location was fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, attractions & shops. Getting the keys was onerous having to walk 10 minutes each way to get them, splitting up 2 with the luggage outside the apt and 2 walking for the key after a long day of travel in an unfamiliar area. It would be helpful to have a lock box and direction on which key and fob to use where. We eventually figured it out but we were tired and getting into the apartment was not self explanatory once we had the keys. There was only one set of keys which was inconvenient for 4 people, a 2nd set of keys would be nice. The stairwell lights didn’t work but there was a light once we reached the apartment. The front door key took us about 10 minutes to figure out as it required multiple turns, pulling the door in at a certain point in order to unlock and open the door. During the stay there was an occasional panic when we couldn’t open the deadbolt right away to get in or out. The apartment was a decent size and it was great that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a lovely patio. The shower was separate from the toilet which was nice though both the shower and toilet rooms were small. The washer worked but unfortunately we could not get the dryer to work leaving us with wet clothes, the stove was not intuitive, appliance instructions would be helpful. A lot of things could easily be fixed for a more pleasant 5 star stay.
