This condo, located at Camelot by the Sea, is the perfect option if you are looking for an oceanside paradise! You will love the prime location with direct beach access plus dining options and places to visit nearby. This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Location!

Camelot by the Sea was only 5 blocks from the action at the Boardwalk but far away enough to be quiet. One block away were many outstanding restaurants. And the market was only a couple of blocks away. The location saved us money for we did not have to rent a car for our stay. The amenities in the condo were good enough. The kitchen counter space was limited but doable for some quick, easy meals. Overall we were completely satisfied with our accommodations and experience at Myrtle Beach.

Subpar

We enjoyed the room, nothing wrong with the room but the service was not great as we were greeted with terrible attitude by the front desk even before we got our room key and was told our check in time may not be at 4pm and did not know when,we walked away and then received the call that our room was ready. I returned and was greeted with more attitude saying I just you your room wasnt ready tjen was handed a key. Really onfusing and uncalled for aand the pics online are definitely deceiving,sorta like a catfish for hotels and resorts. Pools were cloudy no restaurant and dunking as advertised. Way over priced for what you get

Perfect!

We loved the layout of this room for our anniversary! The decor was beautiful and we had no issues outside of the lack of air conditioning but we managed after buying a fan for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Really loved our trip

We love the staff they are so friendly,the rooms are so nice and comfortable the view from the balcony is amazing. We been staying there for 20 years, my wife stayed there before we met she always spoke good about it. Looking forward to staying there next year.

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at the Camelot! The room was perfect and clean with a great ocean front view. Location was great, walking distance (only 3 minutes) to many great local restaurants including Soho, Rivercity and Dirty Don’s. Also walking distance to a dollar general, Ben and Jerry’s and souvenir shop! Far enough away from the downtown boardwalk that you don’t get the rush and chaos but close enough to walk and still enjoy all the attractions. Heads up - the Dunkin’ Donuts is no longer at this location, as advertised in the pictures. The Camelot also has a small bar by the pool area that serves THE BEST pina colada’s! We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

As expected - good stay

I stayed at this property by myself (husband had a work conflict). The room was clean and comfortable. The view was great and the check-in process was good. The safety of the property was probably a 4/5. The parking situation on one hand was very convenient (all room doors are on the inside the parking garage). This made grabbing my bags super easy. However, the parking situation made me a tiny bit nervous staying alone as a female. In addition, my room deadbolt broke during my stay which added to the already questionable parking lot situation. The room was "dry" - the floors must have have been updated since the previous reviews complained of wet carpet. Room was clean and nice inside. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were mediocre.

VACASA

The room was great, "BUT" paying for my full stay in advance is a problem! Not likely to use VACASA again! I am a senior and we have staying at Camelot for some time when they took over with these negative rules. Being an older vacationer with health issues caused second and even third thoughts are a deal breaker. Loved the room, but definitely not worth the risk.

Excellent stay!

The room was great, a lot of little extras like candles and kitchen tools. Just a few blocks from the SkyWheel, so everything was walking distance. The price was incredible, we had an excellent view of the ocean, and everything was clean and enjoyable.

Dont expect much

too many stains on the carpet to count, rips on the furniture upholstery, no one EVER came change out the sheets or towels. Gone are the lobby suits of Armor. Nothing much there now to suggest 'Camelot'.

Worst room I’ve ever been in.

We hated everything about this place. Our room was disgusting. The floors were covered with stains and soaking wet when we arrived. They never dried. This made the entire room damp for our whole trip and every time we stepped on the floors our feet were sticky. All the furniture was stained, the refrigerator was rusted, the tv table had wax dripped all over it, the utensils had mold on them (probably because the room was always damp), and the bedside table had ceiling crumbles on it. We were given a fan to dry the floors and told they were totally booked up with no vacancies so we couldn’t even switch rooms. Every other hotel close was booked so we couldn’t even go anywhere else. This was the worst hotel experience of our lives. I’ve never been more uncomfortable in a hotel room.
