Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyable Stay

In for a short trip to Myrtle Beach. Property is older and shows some age, but it well maintained and numerous improvements/repairs were under way during our visit. Nothing that disturbed or interfered with the stay. Proximity to a number of attractions and beach is a huge plus.

Weekend Getaway

Hubs and I were there for the weekend. Great weekend getaway. Everything was just as pictured, check in was super easy with the front desk, easy parking. Only recommendation would be the unit could use a little nicer outdoor furniture. Other than that it was perfect and had an amazing view of the beach.

Great price and beautiful view

The view from the balcony was amazing. The room was mostly clean (there was a pop spill behind the TV and there was a water bottle under the bed) . No bugs though and that's what I'm always afraid of. The bed was comfy and we could see our car from the door. There is also a lazy river, hot tub, and pool. These were all easy to get to and clean. You get a movie rental pass to watch new movies, and free tickets to nearby attractions too!

Nice beach trip!

My wife and myself booked this condo for a quick 5 day beach trip. It was perfect for us! Ocean front, clean and close to everything. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. I would recommend this property and this unit. We would definitely stay again.

Roaches!

The room was pretty updated and the view was nice since it was oceanfront. Now the bad.... The first thing we saw in the room was a blood stain on the armrest of the couch where there was obviously previous intercourse. I cannot leave pictures with the review but I have them! The second day we saw a roach come out from under the baseboard in the bathroom. The third day we saw three more roaches...one being in the sink crawling all over the dishes. The first night I went to take a shower at 1am and the water never got warm. The next morning I spoke with the front desk and was told to let all the faucets run for 15 minutes so the water can get from the boiler. If this isn't a waste of money, I don't know what is! I had to leave early because there was not a comparable room to 1210's updates. Two of the rooms we were given keys to were not even clean. One of those rooms literally had guesting just walking out to the elevator to check out. The bed was very hard. We both woke up with back and neck pain and had to take turns sleeping on the couch.due to having to leave early, I lost a half a days wages because I was working from home. We were refunded two nights but it was the two cheapest nights as we were staying through Saturday, therefore, Friday night was more expensive. We were given a credit for future stay but there was no other compensation.

As seen in pictures, beautiful!

The decor and appliances were all like new. Very clean room and loved that it didn't have carpet like the other rooms I have stayed in at this hotel over the years! The only issue we had in the room was with the weather at the time and the high winds the door made a very loud howling sound all day and night. They did send maintenance up to our room to try and fix it, but it was just the bottom potion of the door didn't make a tight enough seal. They were not able to fix that but my husband and maintenance just used some cardboard and shoved it in the door to make the door seal tighter so it blocked out the noise. The toilet was a little odd as the bowl would just randomly drain down to almost nothing, so sometimes the bowl wouldnt flush when you would try to flush it. Just wait a few more seconds and then it would flush just fine. No idea why! Not a big deal at all! Beautiful hotel and a great location beach front rooms. Staff is always super friendly! Due to the high winds they had the sliding doors on the indoor pool open in areas so the pool was cool, but was necessary due to the wind and they didnt want the doors flying off in the wind. We did however manage to have a great time for my daughters birthday. Have been coming to the location since they opened back in 2003 and will continue to return here every year! Thanks again for another great year!

Impromptu Thanksgivings Beach Trip

My mom secretly planned a beach trip for me my husband and kids. This property was beautiful kids loved the room and the view of the pool below. Great updated appliances, made cooking a breeze. Decor was lovely and gave the room the perfect vacation vibe. My favorite part was that Starbucks was a 3 minute walk down the street!!! Pools and hot tub were great! My kids loved the lazy river. The only con is that the main room did not have a door for privacy but other than that we loved the room. We will definitely be renting again in the warmer months.

The Camelot

Overall it was a nice stay. Friendly help. Good location. Clean room. Drawbacks were: parking garage was hard to maneuver, rooms opened into garage, and hallway was a little dirty. Worth the stay though overall.

We'd Stay Again

The home looked exactly like the pictures online. It was clean and well-kept. It's in a great location on the strip and your booking will grant access to the amenities of several other properties in the area. We'll definitely stay again if traveling to the area.

Multiple Issues

The property was exactly what was advertised but it had roaches, the staff at the property was rude, the TV went out and took about 2 hours of our time to be replaced and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. When these issues were brought to the booking property they said they would”try to do better next time” I felt like some of my fees should have been credited back but. No to get that I was told I would have to deal with the local management, who totally ignored me during my stay.

Great stay!
