This spacious retreat comfortably accommodates 13 guests across 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, offering a perfect blend of coastal elegance and modern comfort. Every detail of Casablanca has been thoughtfully curated to provide an exceptional stay. With expansive balconies on the second and third floors, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind while taking in breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. The first floor embodies the home’s contemporary beachy aesthetic, featuring hardwood flooring, modern appliances, and casual coastal décor in an open-concept layout.

The living area is designed for both entertainment and relaxation, with a large TV and ample seating—ideal for cozy movie nights or gathering with loved ones. Each bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV, ensuring no one has to battle for the remote! The dining space is just as inviting, with a grand table seating eight and an additional four seats at the breakfast bar, making family meals effortless.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring sleek white quartz countertops, a spacious island, a farmhouse sink, and a gas range. Each of the five bedrooms offers ultimate privacy and comfort, including two master suites with private en-suite bathrooms and two queen rooms, each with its own en-suite bath. – Pool Access: Casablanca is right across the street (about 100 feet!) from the Seacrest Community pool, the largest resort style pool on 30A!
– Beach Chairs: Beach Chairs: Not provided, but past guests often leave some behind. Availability and condition not guaranteed.
– Beach Towels: Not included.

Seacrest Beach Community Check-in Procedure:
Before arrival, guests must complete an online registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. This form will ask for the following details:
Contact information
Rental address
Arrival & departure dates
Number of adults (11 & older) and children (10 & younger)
Year, make, model, color, and tag number of all vehicles parking at the residence
After completing the registration, you’ll receive directions for picking up your wristbands before check-in, ensuring a smooth and easy arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Seacrest Beach is a colorful beach community nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This easy going neighborhood, identifiable by the large beach chair at the front of the community and palm lined streets, is the perfect place to spend your next getaway boasting a 12,000 square foot community pool. Seacrest Beach is within walking or biking distance to the Emerald Coast's famous sugar white beaches and steps to the Seacrest Town Center or Rosemary Beach. The Seacrest Beach town center is located at The Village of South Walton, featuring delectable dining options, shops and bike rentals. Centered within the community is the Seacrest Lagoon Community Pool, which is only heated by the sun. The community pool, open year round, is an impressive 378,000 gallons making it one of the largest community pools in Florida. The amphitheater is a grassy area where concerts, movies, and weddings are held. It can also be a great place for catch or a sunny picnic.

Other Things to Note:
Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Golf Cart/LSV (Low Speed Vehicle): Effective January 1st, 2022, Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), Mokes, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, motor scooters or similar motorized vehicles are prohibited within Seacrest Beach.
