Welcome to this quaint oceanfront island escape, located in the heart of Surf City on Topsail Island. This property offers guests unique charm and multiple extras! Begin your stay by pulling into the carport and entering through the wet weather entrance. Walk upstairs and you will immediately notice the open concept kitchen and living area that features exposed wood beams, multiple windows and large sliding glass doors that let in an abundance of natural light. The sliding glass doors open onto a private oceanfront deck perfect for watching the sunrise or enjoying the sound of the waves. The fully equipped kitchen boasts full sized appliances, granite counter tops, and counter seating. Just off the kitchen is a dedicated dining area, perfect for gathering around after a fun day at the beach. Also located on the primary living level are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower/tub combination. There is a third full bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom and featuring a private deck facing Surf City, a catwalk that overlooks the living room and an open loft seating area that opens onto a second oceanfront deck. This oceanfront property features a private dedicated beach access so you can easily walk to the beach! Within walking distance (one mile stroll on the beach) from Surf City pier and restaurants. This property also includes a 240-Volt 50-Amp NEMA 14-50 Electric Vehicle Charging Receptacle with Tesla Charging Cable for guest use. Ideally located in the heart of Surf City you will be close to the beach, shopping, nightlife, and all Topsail has to offer.
