The Space
Escape to your Costa Rica getaway!

The second floor, end unit condo is a comfortable, air conditioned, three bedroom and two-bathroom unit. The open living space welcomes into the dining room with table for six and a spacious living room with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The dining room and living room look out to the balcony that overlooks the lush grounds and one of the pools. The balcony is perfect for that first cup of coffee in the morning or happy hour as the sun sets over the horizon.

The unit comfortably sleeps six in three quiet bedrooms. The master bedroom also overlooks the lush grounds and pool. It has a king-sized bed, dresser, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom has two single beds and the last two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

It has a full kitchen with granite counters. It has stovetop burners, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. A washer/dryer is also located just off the kitchen.

The Location
Our unit (L1210) is located in the amazing PACIFICO development in the quaint town of Playas del Coco in the Guanacaste region. Coco is conveniently located less than 20 miles and an easy 30-minute ride from Liberia International Airport. You can be on the beach with a drink in your hand an hour after touchdown!

PACIFICO has it all! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts, four pools, including a lap pool, and a hot tub. The pool side cabana offers great tacos and drinks. The PACIFICO Beach Club is a short ride to the beach where you can enjoy the two infinity pools and the amazing beaches as well as the food and drinks from the high-quality restaurant or pool bar.

Playas del Coco is a small beach town with all the amenities of home plus the beach! There are numerous grocery stores, ATMs, shops, and the best seafood! The Gulf of Papagayo is the perfect destination for diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, sailing, or walking the beaches of Coco, Hermosa, and Ocotal. There are plenty of opportunities for adventure such as ATV rides, biking, zip lines, horseback rides, and water slides or day trips for surfing/shopping in Tamarindo (take the Monkey Trail!), viewing sunsets on Flamingo Beach, experiencing Arenal (active volcano), or visiting the capital city of San Jose.

Quiet condo in Costa Rica

Located in a secluded residence, it has pools, tennis and pickleball courts and shops nearby. This condo is quite large for a 3 bedroom place and easily accommodated the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids). Clean place with also a washer and dryer for convenience.

Would definitely stay again

Property was terrific. Close to amenities and pools were great. Property manager was prompt at answering questions and also willing to arrange airport transfer, etc. The property had everything we needed. The only information that might have been helpful was how to get to the beach club. It was a great way to end our time in Costa Rica!

First time in Costa Rica

The photos of this property do not do justice to how beautiful it truly is. The unit itself was very clean and had all the necessities. Very simple decor. The pool area is amazing! There are actually three different pools and there is a pool bar with drinks and food. The staff is all very friendly! The only complaint I had was the bed configurations were different than posted. One room had twins beds instead of a queen. I was specifically looking for only king or queen beds so we were a little disappointed by that. The rest of the property definitely made up for it though. We loved waking up to the birds in the morning.

Pacifico Paradise

Condo manager was excellent and VERY quick to answer any questions. Condo layout was nice with the primary bedroom being completely separate from the other two bedrooms. It was nice that the queen bedroom could get to the bathroom without being seen by any other main living area rooms giving that second bedroom privacy. Kitchen was stocked well. Was pleased with extras like shopping bags, towels, etc. The grounds are awesome. The pool as seen from the balcony is the "Library Pool" We didn't spend any time here. We spent all of our time at the lazy river pools. Meals, drinks and service were excellent at the pool shack. Sometimes a wee bit slow but it is Costa Rica living. Loved walking into town and it was great that there were restaurants, bars and groceries very close by. The condo owner has spent some money updating the decor. I know from experience it is difficult to sink a bunch of money into rentals but I would suggest the following: Wine glasses, at least 2 bar stools, another chair or two for the living area, some updated patio furniture (or at least some much better cushions) and lastly a few blankets for the bedrooms. We found it a bit chilly in the primary bedroom and we kept the temperature at 72. The other bedroom was a bit warmer for some reason. Honestly these are very mute issues as we were hardly in the condo, we were too busy enjoying the pool and nearby beaches.
