This elegant 40m2 apartment is ideal for 4 people, you will be located in the Jean Macé district, renowned for its calm and tranquility. It has the amenities you need for a very comfortable family stay.
Bright apartment with neat decoration and refurbished, located in a quiet and secure building. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, it also offers all the comforts for your business or private trip.
The bathroom is under the slope, with a shower with a height of 1m80.
The apartment is located on the top floor, accessible only by stairs.
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by the company DIFY, which will ensure the smooth running of your stay in my absence: delivery of keys, towels and hotel sheets, professional cleaning but also assistance if necessary.
The cleaning costs include cleaning on arrival and after your departure, but also household linen as well as towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival. Only one set of keys will be given to you for your stay. We will ask you to present the identity document in person corresponding to the reservation when handing over the keys. In case of independent arrival, we will ask you to send an identity document.
I will welcome you on site the day of your arrival.
Arrival times are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an additional charge will be requested:
- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: €20
- 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.: €20
No reception after 11 p.m. will be made.
When you leave, please return the accommodation as you found it when you arrived.
The cleaning costs will be invoiced to you a second time in the event of non-compliance with the departure deadline.
