Located right across from the phenomenal Ouray River Walk Trail, a tranquil two-mile scenic loop with views of the San Juan Gateway, River Walk Haven is the perfect getaway for friends and family. You and your guests will enjoy the convenience of historic downtown Ouray, the Ouray Hot Springs and Fellin Park, located approximately one half-mile from your home away from home.

Featuring an open concept, single level floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room that creates a welcoming gathering space for all to enjoy. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you prepare a wonderful meal! Enjoy the cozy living room area with ample seating to enjoy a moving night in after a long day of exploring! The primary bedroom has a queen bed with built-in storage drawers and a full bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, an elevated loft double bed, and its own smart TV, with the second full bath right outside the door.

This home is dog-friendly (2 dogs max). The nightly pet fee is $40.00 with a $250.00 maximum, per stay.

Ouray, Colorado, nestled at 7,800 feet, offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
