Fall Break family stay
The condo was spacious and we had room for everyone to have their own space. The two separate water hoses between the deck & the bottom of the stairs made cleaning off the sand convenient. Great location and just steps to the beach. We were happy with our stay.

Fall Break getaway
Looked at several different townhomes and so glad we chose this one. The host was excellent. Very good communication even called during stay to see if we needed anything. Home was perfect. Clean. Beds where comfortable. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms. And the backdeck being right on the beach was PREFECT!!!! So nice to sit on deck and drink your morning coffee and listen to the waves and be able to walk right out on beach. Highly recommend this townhome for your next stay in Our Happy Place. We will be back again next yr.

Quiet, relaxing getaway
Great location, beautiful beach, nice proximity to groceries and shopping. One minute walk to the water. Very well stocked kitchen if you like to cook/eat in. Our host responded quickly to a TV problem. Everything you need to relax is here. The first floor bedroom is great if you have elderly parents along. It’s also quite spacious. Definitely would love to stay here again!

I’m not mad but I wasn’t impressed.
I have to say I was disappointed for the cost. Overall we got what we needed but this place had definitely been given the landlord special. Under the back deck was trashy with toys thrown all over. The most frustrating was the “clunk”, we guessed it was the A/C but it sounds like someone throwing luggage down the stairs and happens randomly all throughout the night.

My fiancé and 2 of our friends booked this place for a quick getaway. It was very clean and had good amenities, & plenty of space for us. We liked the quick easy access to the beach & the views from the porch & primary suite were great. We would definitely book again.

100% smash with the family. First and foremost is beach access. Steps from the sand and water for hours of fun! Townhouse is has everything and more than expected. Everything you need for a fantastic experience are provided. Location is just minutes from Pier Park shops and restaurants Arby’s, McDonald’s, Winn Dixie, and a new convenience store are located across the street. Thomas’s Donuts, a Panama City Beach staple, is a easy 3 minute drive or 2 mile stroll. The deck has a great seating area with plenty of space for your entire group to sit and enjoy the view of the beach and gulf.

The townhome was just as listed; clean, spacious, and just steps from the beach! We throughly enjoyed our stay at Panama City Beach! Restaurants were close and the white sand beach was peaceful.

Good option, very close to the beach
About the listing in gener: Overall, this property is a very good option when visiting Panama City with your family. The listing is very accurate when it comes to the rental decor and views. *Cleanliness: The only concern regarding cleanliness was a stron weird smell in the main level guest room (musty smell, dirty socks smell), my guest cleaned the floors and bed sheets were washed during our stay and the smell didn't go away, people in that room had a hard time trying to sleep there. As an other note the front side of the condo is dirty, dust and sand as you get to the main door and the main storm door is super noisy when opened/closed. As you go to the back porch and stairs to the beach you will notice a lot of abandoned broken plastic chairs, inflatables, and stuff under the deck. Other sections of the home were clean and confortable inside. *Communication: I asked several times for the property access code by messaging the manager and he didn't respnded back until few hours before check in after directly calling. This added some stress and uncertainty while in our way there, couldn't imagine arriving to the property and having to wait for acess or not receiving one. Overall I think that can be easily improved. The great access to the beach and the overall condo conditions made us to enjoy our stay even with the few issues mentioned above.

Amazing property
From reservation to check out was such an easy process. The property was great! not crowded or noisy. The view of the water and the sunsets were stunning. Enjoyed the covered area on the deck after spending time in the sun. We only had one issue... the storm door at the entrance did not latch and when the wind blew hard it would catch the door and then slam. That was annoying, especially at night. I texted the property manager and never heard back. Luckily, I slept like a baby after the first night. I would LOVE to stay there again. Thanks for having us!

We’re retired and needed to get away for some relaxation before Christmas. Beds are comfortable. Towels are nice & soft. Bring your own beach towels, however. Covered porch with two couches and chairs overlooking the beach and Gulf. Perfect for watching the sunset. Quick response from the manager when we had any questions. Kitchen is adequately stocked with dishware and utensils. Bring bar soap. All in all, a very comfortable unit.
