Beautiful, quiet oceanfront condo on North Topsail Beach, NC. This condo has it all: views of the ocean, access to the community pool, fishing on the beach .... a beach bum's dream! You will be just steps from the sand and won't need to go far to enjoy beach activities. There is a full kitchen to whip up some fresh local seafood and pour yourself a beverage as you watch the sun go down. This condo is an open concept, has room for up to 6 guests, and perfect for a romantic getaway as well as fun for the whole family.

A wonderful beach vacation

This property was perfect for my father and me to enjoy the beach and visit family in the area. The condo is clean and just as advertised. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. Host was very communicative. We hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful, oceanfront condo

A great stay at an exceptionally well-maintained condo! The condo was updated and provided a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Oceanfront view as well as easy access to pool and beach. Balcony was a great spot for dining! First time vacationing in this area and would love to return.

Perfect Oceanfront Accommodations!

We had a remarkable stay at this beautiful Topsail Dunes Condominium! It was immaculate with everything we needed to experience beautiful North Topsail Beach, Oceanfront! The furniture, especially the beds, were so comfortable. The view of the Ocean.. breathtaking! The kitchen was fully equipped! . We will for sure seek to book with Emily again & again! 🤗

Very well stocked, great view. Communication was good. A little more crowded than I expected and I had some difficulty with the third floor stairs. Overall it was just as the pictures show and a really nice stay.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The Condo was very nice and clean. The area it was located in was ok but it took 30 minutes to get groceries and other supplies you may needed. But that was to be expected when you are on an island. Over all the stay was great and we had a lot of fun.

Last minute getaway

I booked this condo the day prior to check-in as I was in town for some emotional support for a friend. The beach is her favorite place, so it made for some great therapy. The property was in a great location and very clean. I would definitely rebook if ever in the area again. I really liked how the patio on one end had ocean views and the window in the kitchen had intracoastal views. I am not sure if this was mentioned in the listing, so I figured I would leave in the review (for those like me who like to read reviews before booking). The condo is on the third floor but the community does have a handicap ramp to an elevator. They also had luggage carts outside near the parking area which made it very convenient for check-in and check-out. There were only two negatives (but for me they were minor). - The beds were really firm (I know this is a personal preference) - Not sure if the dishwasher was connected. When opening the dishwasher it leaned forward as if it was not bolted in. We just hand washed the dishes.

Condo was wonderful - view was great, beach access was easy.

My mother and I took a week long vacation to do absolutely nothing and Topsail was perfect for that. It is a quiet, laid back place. The beach was beautiful and was exactly what we needed!

Family Time

This location and property are perfect. The space is clean, well stocked, and so easy to get to the beach and pool. The instructions were simple, clearly written, and low stress to navigate. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice location for family.
