Check in process was a headache do to having to give a time of arrival the day of to get key code when we arrived. Once arriving when we walked it no Ac was on had to start up one window unit which was to cool the whole house. Dirt and paper on floor as entering door, bathroom had pubic hair all over Toilet and in shower. Sick in kitchen was nasty as it was not cleaned properly. Says a king and double bed in bedroom one but it was a little foam couch which after made into a bed it was ripped up and dirty. Had to throw down a mattress from loft to kitchen floor to sleep. After complaining to owner they called me a lair and said her husband would be over to inspect it. Well she didn’t tell us a time so we went to dinner and returned to a note on door telling us that we had to find other accommodations in morning as they was changing codes on door. I communicated to them I had no money to tie up in finding another place as my money was used to pay for that place to stay and I would just deal w it. Yes I texted around 1 in morning ti ask if we could please continue our stay due to this as I had already cleaned place and made arrangements to sleep on the floor on the mattress. No help w Vrbo either as I found out owners can do this anytime w their tenets. was refunded a small amount of a one night stay. Yes she made a change in plans to allow us ti check in two weeks earlier which was very nice of her. But she didn’t hold up to any standards. Neighborhood was great.
