Summary:
This amazing 1900 home right in the heart of the historic district and new trendy neighborhood of Starland, has been totally renovated to keep up with the times while also boasting a ton of original features. The stunningly tall ceilings and gorgeous trim will give you a taste of what Southern living was like back in the day! **ALL NEW AMAZON FIRE TV's!**

The Space:
We offer a 2 bed, 2 bath with a large front porch perfect for sweet-tea sippin' in the summertime like the genuine south that we all know! It is extremely spacious with a large modern kitchen and a perfect spot to relax and "wine-down" or host family game night. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. The other side may be rented out as well and can hold up to 10 people when combined, just reach out to us in advance if interested in booking both sides.

Guest Access:
You have the entire apartment to yourself. It is 1/2 of a duplex so just be understanding that there are guests on the other side as well. You may park up to 2 cars in the huge driveway out back (message us if you have an additional vehicle).

The Neighborhood:
We are situated perfectly in the heart of the Starland District which is the newest trendy neighborhood in Savannah. Tons of new shops, breweries, cafes, etc! Foxy Loxy, one of the BEST cafes in town, offering tacos and unbelievable coffee drinks, is just 2 doors down from the house. With a quick 5 min drive/Uber ride to City Market, River Street, Forsyth Park and much more, you cannot beat this location that offers peace and quiet at night.

Getting Around:
We are just a quick drive/Uber to River Street, City Market, Forsyth Park, Plant Riverside District, etc.! You can easily walk to some of the best, local restaurants in town including Foxy Loxy, The Vault Kitchen & Bar, Sly's Sliders & Fries, Big Bon Bodega, Squirrel's Pizza, and MANY more amazing local spots!

Other Things to Note:
You may park up to 2 cars in the rear driveway (just message us if you have a third and we will make arrangements).

We are always available via phone at 912-800-1321. Just let us know if anything comes up! We live locally, so we can react quickly should any issues arise.

Great property, fun neighborhood

Husband, wife and adult children had a great stay at this property. Beautiful historic charm plus updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable and everything was there that we could have needed. The neighborhood is fun to walk to little eateries and shops. We would definitely come and stay there again. Plus there was dedicated parking for our two cars. (Trying to find on the street parking in Savannah can be rough.) Thank you so much to the hosts that were great with all communications.

Wonderful Stay

The property and location were absolutely perfect! The beds were comfy and the home was beautiful decorated. We loved having coffee on the front porch. Be aware that you can hear the upstairs guests, in our case a very active toddler, but it did not diminish our stay in any way. We loved being so close to Foxy Loxy, Big Bon Bodega, and Squirrel’s pizza for quick eats within walking distance. The hosts were wonderful and quick with responses! We would absolutely stay here again.

This was such a cute and very nice/clean rental! The location is perfect with several eating option within walking distance and only a 5-10 minute Uber drive to the Riverwalk. The house has the old Victorian feel with modern decor/furniture.

Very nice home in the heart of the Starland District! Great coffee at Foxy Loxy two doors down, a very short walk to Forsyth Park and easy parking in the back of the house. The communication with the owners was great and they were quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was great. Very clean and close to everything. Only issue was the people above us were extremely loud until very late in the night, but it was Georgia/Florida weekend so we were patient... We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great…

The place was nice! It was during a cold spell and we did find it hard to get warm. The only other issue was the people upstairs, we could hear everything! The company offered to speak with them but we didn’t want any trouble. It was cute and had parking so it was good for us!

Great Savannah Getaway!

Our quick Savannah trip was amazing. Loved Foxy Loxy and the bookstore! We toured SCAD and did a haunted tour. We didn't need a thing - all of the basics are here, even coffee!!!! We will be back!

Even better than expected!

Our first time to Savannah was made extra special with this property! The amenities, large living space and charm of this rental exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed sitting on the front covered porch each evening, having a drink and watching the storms that came through. The location 2 doors from the Foxy Loxy cafe and other quaint shops was perfect. We would highly recommend this property!

Great neighborhood!

We came down with another couple for a three day stay in Savannah and were very happy with the location and convenience to all the sites and fun places to eat! It is also located across from Thomas Square and one of the SCAD design school buildings so it was fun setting on the porch watching the students come and go and the beautiful moss covered trees in the park! As for the house, we loved the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Something to keep in mind is that the house is an older home meaning squeaky floors. You will definitely hear the people above you if you are staying on the downstairs level. Also be careful when going out, it takes a few tries to get the front and back doors to lock. The parking behind the house is a huge benefit and was well lit and felt safe! Not having to drive around trying to find a place to park on the street was a big plus! Overall, I would highly recommend this home!

Conveniently located and fully stocked, the only issue is that the unit above you has very thin floors apparently, and you will hear every creak and perhaps even whatever conversation is happening above. Fortunately whoever was staying up above didn't make any noise after hours so it wasn't a big deal.

SAV or Bust!

My wife and I headed to Savannah for a much-needed getaway with our couple friends. The property was clean and well located in the Victorian District. A coffee shop is almost next door, Nice restaurants are within walking distance, and so is Forsyth Park. And if you’re looking to get closer to Broughton or River Street, it can be a nice walk or a quick Uber. And for those a little unfamiliar with the location, it’s an up-and-coming, growing area that has nice restaurants, and a gorgeous park nearby. BTW - The Mansion on Forsyth serves food and is a beautiful place to visit, and don’t forget Collins Quarter!

Weekend away

This home was impressive in regards to style, owner responsiveness, cleanliness, access, and being stocked with everything you need for a get away. The only downfall is that you can hear every footstep of the tenants or other renters upstairs which was not at all pleasant especially in the very early morning hours.

Nice place

Nice place, clean well maintained. Nice location close to many parts of city. Really great being next door but one to Foxy Loxy cafe. Good eats and really cool courtyard.
