BEST VILLAGE LOCATION! Northstar Village 1br Loft Condo-steps To Everything.

Please note: due to placer county code we are in the process of adding another window to the upstairs loft. Until this is complete, we have had to move the king bed down to the main level and the dining room up into the loft. There are still 5 sleeping places (2 for the king bed, 2 for the queen couch and 1 for the single couch), but they are all on the main level. The new window will be installed in late march 2025, and after that the condo will go back to the way it was before, but for this ski season this is how the place needs to be configured to be up to placer county code. What needs to be said, besides this is THE PLACE and a GREAT VALUE to be IN THE VILLAGE. This is an amazing Northstar Village condo! Enjoy ski in/ski out convenience from this nicely remodeled "penthouse" corner unit with views - 1 Bedroom in the loft plus 2 full bathrooms! Recently remodeled (may 2023) with new floors replacing the upstairs carpeting and brand new pottery barn deluxe sleepers (queen and twin) to replace the old couches which were getting uncomfortable.The unit has its own private parking spot, but you will not need your car -- we walk everywhere from the unit -- the shops and restaurants are all downstairs in the village. Take the stairs or the elevator and you will be in the middle of it all. Grab groceries at Earthly Delights across the way or catch a movie at the new first run cinema. We also have access to the recreation center with outdoor hot tubs, pools, game room, exercise facilities, etc.

The unit is very comfortable with 55" and 42" HD flat panel TVs (and a cosy faux fireplace to boot). High speed wireless internet - Fully equipped kitchen - and all linens are provided. There is a king bed in the loft/master, and the sofa pulls out to a queen in the living room. We also provide an airbed for the second child that may not want to share with their sibling (we know how it goes). There is also a portable crib in the upstairs closet if needed. Two full bathrooms make it a dream for everyone to have their own space. Just bring your readiness to relax and your skis (or tennis racquet and golf clubs in the Summer), and the rest is there for you. Also only a 10 minute drive from the lake. This condo has it all.
