Please note this gated and secured community charges an entrance fee of $46 per car for a pass good for up to 1 week. The community provides 24/7 gated security with many amenities (golf course, restaurants, lake beaches, camping sites, Equestrian Center, etc.). All short term guest staying in this community are required to pay this entrance fee to cover the security and the amenities.
