There has only been one maintenance request made for this unit, which was to repair the closet doors in the 2nd bedroom. The old fold out doors have been replaced with new sliding doors. All new HVAC, a new commercial hot water tank, and new high end dishwasher have been installed. All new living room furniture was added in May of 2022. We strive to ensure everything is in working order for your vacation.
Phoenix I 1117 sleeps 5-7 comfortably with a king bed in master bedroom, 1 double and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs (living room is a 55” Smart TV, allowing all streaming services, master has 50" Smart TV), washer and dryer, beach front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom, and high-end cotton linens. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. Ideal for dining outside, having your morning coffee, or enjoying the views.

Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit.
You will need to visit the Phoenix I front desk to purchase your parking pass(es). As of 1/1/23, Phoenix I is charging $55 (includes tax) for a resort tax, which includes 1 parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

Property Management and Check-In - This property is managed by Alabama Beach Vacation Rentals (ALBRV). They will provide you will keyless check-in so you can head straight to the condo upon arrival.
