The Space:
THE SKINNY: This renovated 2 bedroom suite is situated right on A1A, across from the sand and water with a brand new safety crosswalk stop light at the street corner (which stops car traffic to allow your family and friends to access the beach safely with ease)!! Amazing morning sun is available in gobs on the courtyard patio, just steps from the beach access. Soak it all in! Bring along your boat and jet skis! Park them in the driveway and then launch them at the public launch right at the end of the block!! Couldn't be any more convenient!

This 2/1 is one side of a duplex. The other side of the duplex is not included in the rental. There may be guests occupying the other side of the duplex during your stay. They have their own parking area and entrance.

THE LAYOUT: This beachy suite has a solid 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom layout.
>1st Guest bedroom boasts a comfy Queen size bed.
>2nd Guest Bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed.
>Guest Bathroom 1: Between the two bedrooms, off of the main living area. Bathroom has walk in shower and washer/dryer.
Bathrooms are outfitted with 2 rolls of toilet paper each.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.

LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. Linens and towels are included!

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 20 minute drive north on A1A is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss!

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated across the street from the beach walkover on the other side of A1A which we can guide you to after booking confirmation. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses to park and walk on.

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $49. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
Entire space of this 2/1 suite, courtyard and driveway is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:
Crescent Beach is a very eclectic local neighborhood! Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine community.

The boat ramp is right at the end of the street. Bring your boat and jet ski's along and drop them in just half a block away!!

Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate.

A close and convenience restaurant a few minutes drive north is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or contacting Drifters beach bike delivery company for bike rentals.

Getting to the beach is safer now, with the safety crosswalk that was installed with stop light to stop oncoming car traffic, and allow your group to safely cross the street to the beach access.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 21 or older to book.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.

My fiancé and I loved our stay here! The beach is literally across the street, and we found so many things to do in the near by area such as mini golf and a open market just 20 mins away! On top of that, it’s only 25 mins from the city of St Augustine, and we had such a fun time exploring it! Highly recommend Nero’s for breakfast! We wish we could have stayed longer to do more exploring, but we’ll save that for the next trip. Thanks to Dani and her team for helping us have such a clean, friendly, welcoming stay!!
