This vacation rental is outfitted with central air conditioning and wood-style flooring throughout to keep guests comfortable. A ceiling fan, a brand new 65' TV in the living area, and brand new TVs in each bedroom will help you and your guests set up their space for comfort. Uncork a bottle of wine and enjoy it out on the furnished balcony. If you're coming back from the beach, pop your beach towels directly into your private washer/dryer. Guests can enjoy access to a shared heated pool, outdoor shower, hot tub, tennis court, fitness center, and so much more!

Start your day with breakfast, then hit the beach, just a short walk from your door. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club just under two miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just eight-and-a-half miles from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
