PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:

-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.

-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:

-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

16 floors up, SunDestin Unit 1604 offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico below. A fully equipped, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances overlooks the living and dining areas with incredible natural light and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s plenty of room for everyone in the common areas with a large dining room table for four and cozy seating in the living space. Step onto the balcony with seating for two to enjoy the best views of the sunrises and sunsets. Four guests can sleep comfortably in this one-bedroom condo with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. A flat screen TV is in both rooms so you can wind down after a day of enjoying the beach.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
