This newly renovated condo has everything you need, located in the Historic west end, walk out the door and you are on Commercial St where everything happens, a quick walk to the boat slip for t-dance, Spiritus, tons of local restaurants and shops as well as all the nighttime action within walking distance of our location. Taking the ferry? Just a short walk and you're at the door. Driving? Plenty of local pay by the day parking to choose from close by. We recommend Grace Hal Parking lotl . A short 3 minute walk from our condo. Drop your bags off, park the car and get ready to relax and have plenty of fun things await you to experience during your stay.. Amenities include central AC, HEAT a fully equipped kitchen, all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. A dry bar with everything you will need to mix your drinks to get you started before you head out. Washer and dryer in the unit. Beautifully redone bathroom with heated floors and a rain shower. Outdoor space to enjoy your coffee outside the back door on the deck and a shared common area on the other side of the condo. Large bedroom , high speed internet to stream music or watch your favorite movie, cable for both TVs. An Italian leather couch that sleeps 2 comfortably. Remote check in and out with digital locks on the doors, so no need to worry about losing a key. After you have stayed with us you will never want to rent anywhere else again

Perfect P-town Stay

We were a little nervous traveling with our 5-year-old when we realized that the location was right on Commercial Street (and it was Carnival week!) but it was absolutely perfect. Very quiet, so cozy, and the location couldn't be better. We're already talking about coming back next year!

Exceptional stay in the heart of Provincetown

There really aren’t enough great things to say about this condo - we absolutely loved our stay. Location in the middle of all the fun but felt wonderfully private. Beautifully decorated with every modern amenity while remaining warm and cozy. A real home away from home in PTown. Jacob was such a lovely host and so generous with his time. We can’t recommend it enough.

Amazing Home

This might be the best place I have stayed in Provincetown. The pictures do not do it justice. Space is much larger than it looks, super clean and well decorated. Bed and couch were comfortable sleep, the shower was great and all the appliances are new. Great location right next to Spiritus pizza but also very quiet compared to other stays on Commerical St. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this property.

My son and I had an awesome stay here and I won’t hesitate to stay here again next visit. Host was very responsive and everything was as advertised. We loved the location and the host provided all of the simple basics that can be such a pain and so expensive to provide for yourself (dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. They just made it easy to be very comfortable very quickly and easily so we could enjoy our vacation to the max.

NGPA WEEKEND 2022

This apartment was awesome. It was very clean, up to date, super tastefully decorated and worked excellently for myself and my Friend. We stayed 3 nights and extended one night. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re a Spiritus Pizza Fan. We had a misunderstanding about which door to use entering the unit which lead to an angry dog confrontation with the neighbor who is full time. Her big dog snapped at my friend but didn’t bite luckily. One of the dining chairs began to come apart. But it didn’t break. We asked about having wash cloths to use and we’re surprised to find out they didn’t provide any. Otherwise everything was amazing. They provided a bottle of wine for us and a nice amenity kit for our stay, and all the cold water we could drink! Jacob and Daniel were very accommodating and couldn’t have been nicer. When we got locked out of what we thought was the main door, Jacob almost was ready to jump in the car from Boston to come let us in, even though it was as much our mistaken use of the wrong door which led to our lockout. The apartment was pricier than most places I’ve stayed in P-Town. But it was top quality, too!

Home base for our Ptown getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The second-floor condo was clean and modern, just perfect for two guests. We had everything we needed for our comfort. The condo is centrally located on Commercial Street, which means that all bars and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. However, this proximity to the action means that it can be a little noisy at nighttime. If you are looking for the peace and quiet of the West End, you may be slightly disappointed. The property manager was extremely responsive before and during our stay. Make sure to read his welcome guide before you arrive, as the main entrance to the property is not easy to find unless you look closely for the gate pull.

Absolutely perfect!

Just as the title states, this truly was the perfect place to stay! We’ve been coming to P-Town every year for the last 14 years. This was our first time staying directly on Commercial Street. The location was centrally located - yet we couldn’t hear the street from the condo. The condo was absolutely spotless, included high end fixtures, and had everything we needed (and more) to feel right at home. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus. I highly recommend this condo and hope to return again next year.

What a gem!

We'd never been to Ptown, and were so fortunate to find this condo to rent for Family Week 2022! The condo was bright and clean, recently updated, comfortable, and had every convenience we could ask for. It was located in the middle of everything (on Commercial Street), but quiet and inviting. And the hosts!!! What welcoming and attentive hosts! We even received recommendations during our vacation to make our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo to a couple or a small family.

Amazing condo & location

The accommodations and location of this condo far exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally clean, spacious and well appointed with everything you need. It is also surprising quiet and you would never know Commercial Street is steps away. If you have a car take the advice in the property description and park in the Grace Hall Parking Lot - This was no issue and is a nice short walk to the condo. We also arrived as the owners Jacob and Daniel were leaving and it was a great pleasure meeting then as well. They were very attentive and checking to ensure everything was ready for our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better VRBO experience.

Modern Condo in Fantastic Location!

We loved staying in this property. It is right off Commercial Street…literally a stone’s throw from Spiritus Pizza, which makes the best pizza in town. The unit is extremely well taken care of and felt brand spanking new. Wonderful appliances and appointments throughout the space and most importantly, the bed was extremely comfortable! That can always make or break a good renting experience for me. I will also say that even though this condo is right on Commercial Street it was extremely quiet. The hosts were very attentive and responsive and had some lovely welcome gift surprises for us that was greatly appreciated. If you want to be in the heart of Ptown and stay in a super clean and modern townhouse, look no further.

Great apartment

It's a lovely apartment right on commercial. Very well appointed better than some 4-star hotels I've stayed in. Laundry machine work great. Shower and water pressure were amazing. The coffee maker saw use every morning we were there. Cooked a couple meals even. The sheets and the towels were great. We love the little toiletry bags. 10 out of 10 all around.

Beautiful place in the center of it all!

My 12 year old daughter and I stayed here for Family Week. Though it’s right on Commercial Street, the property is set back enough that we didn’t really hear noise (except through the open bathroom window). The condo is exceptional - beautifully designed, huge bedroom, with everything you could need for your stay - including beach towels, water, masks, and even a gift for each of us. Jacob thought of every detail. He was also very communicative and easy to work with around check-in, etc. Absolutely 5-star worthy!

Excellent condo

Beautiful condo and great location! The hosts were so kind and helpful. We were taken care of starting from the thoughtful welcome gifts to all the amenities in the condo. They have really thought about everything from dish soap, ironing board to hair dryer and everything in between - even coffee and bar equipment! Everything in the condo is thoughtfully placed and really top quality. It shows that the host care for the place like their own home. Specifically loved the couch and the bathroom shower!! The location is perfect with wonderful coffee shops and restaurants right outside. In spite of being so close to everything, the condo is very quite, you don’t hear anything from the street - not even delivery trucks. Highly recommend giving this a try! Note - overnight car parking is expensive but that’s common for most of cape cod. There are a lot of parking lots close by we had no trouble finding one.

Clean, spacious and an amazing location

We spent a week at Jacob and Daniel’s place and it was simply perfect. The unit is spacious, especially by Ptown standards. Everything you need is there and new and high end. And the location can’t be beat! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
