★ Lost/Left Items - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Should you wish to receive your left behind items, the shipping fee will be shouldered by the guest plus a $29 handling fee. Must be fully paid first before sending out. Unclaimed items will be donated or disposed of at our discretion.

You are welcome to park in the driveway of the 5-plex. Please park only by your apartment, as we share space with the neighboring unit. The entire home is yours to enjoy. We request that you take care of the space with the same grace you would do in your own home.

This gem is located in the old part of the town; you might find some interesting-looking houses along the street, which is part of the neighborhood's charm, but rest assured it's a safe locale. It's a top pick for guests when it comes to extended stays, and even for short-term stays! Overall, our properties already rendered 1100+ delightful nights to over 340 guests (and counting!). Oh! It's very close to the Main street in Pineville. This means you are close to businesses and food. You also will be less than 5 mins from Rapides Regional Medical Center, and about 10 mins from Cabrini Hospital.
