Residence of 32 apartments, built in 1968, located in the UPPER part of the VILLAGE, 300 m from the TELEMIX, CHAIRLIFT and SKI LIFT of BOSSONNET (course departure / according to Ski Schools), and 100 m from shops. Shuttle stop 50 m away in winter and 180 m away in summer.

LIVING ROOM (16.38 m²): dining area, 1 SOFA BED (130), TV, window + west-facing French door, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / water area
KITCHENETTE: refrigerator (140 L), 4 electric hotplates, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker

BEDROOM (8.52 m²): 2 BUNK BEDS (90) + 1 SINGLE BED (80) -> upper bunk forbidden for -6 years, north window, window + French door west, west balcony, view of pedestrian access / aquatic area
BATHROOM (2.59 m²): sink, shower, toilet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
