This property is on the market for sale so we get a number of requests for showings. We're limiting new rentals to 30 day+. If you'd like to have a shorter stay, try out our Cottage property. Gorgeous one bed one bath space just minutes from MSU. This new build was just completed end of December 2020 with top of the line modern finishes including a built in speaker system, attached 1 car garage, and brand new appliances. The living room is decked out with a 65" Samsung "The Frame" TV featuring local photography. Throughout the property you'll enjoy original and canvas prints from local Bozeman artists that you can even take home with you after your stay. Control the entire space with your voice. Beyond Excellent

This property and especially the owner set the bar high for a VRBO experience. The owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my communications. The unit exceeded expectations. Modern, clean, spacious with first class amenities and decor. The towels were plush, the bedding was luxurious and the accommodations were simply first class. I could not recommend a property more highly. Nothing below a 5 rating for this property and owner would be justified. It’s a true gem!

MSU Graduation Weekend

Location was absolutely perfect! Super duper clean! I can't stress enough how easy the check in process was. Did I mention they let you park in the garage with a door opener?? Plenty of linens. Many options for the perfect pillow. Extra blankets. Shower was extra large and had amazing pressure. All the pots and pans, plates, glasses and anything you would ever need in the kitchen. This place is literally a 99 out of a 100. The only thing we would have liked to have had was darkening shades in the bedroom. The neighbor left his back porch light on and it lit up the bedroom all night :( That is just our preference... it really is 5 STARS!!!

Perfect Stay

I love this place! Well stocked, comfortable, roomy, beautiful, garage, main level, no stairs, accessible. What’s not to love? This neighborhood is new construction and well located for access to the University and Hyalite and well as Gallatin canyon. Loved it so much I booked my next two stays here.

Modern, comfortable, one bedroom, close to outdoor activities.

Close to Hyalite reservoir and wonderful hiking. Plus a quick drive to downtown Bozeman. Spent 3 nights, able to cook(grocery store close by) do laundry and then continue our Montana trip north to Glacier.

Perfection!!

Stayed in this bungalow for a weekend getaway to visit our son in Bozeman. Everything we needed amd more! Super clean, comfortable, convenient. We hiked Big Sky and spent a day in Yellowstone. The bungalow offered wonderful bed, huge shower, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, music, littke back yard for coffee, garage for all our dirty stuff. Truly a home away from home. Mountain Bungalow Retreat

Superb, Successful Stay!

As soon as we entered Lisa's property we were immediately taken aback by the serene and zen-like atmosphere of this beautiful bungalow and surroundings. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the little things, like the kitchen appliances and accessories, in particular the popcorn-maker and the Keurig, and the rain shower! It was enjoyable to take walks around the quiet neighborhood and to gaze upon the openness in the Southbridge development and surrounding areas. The location is perfect because it's close to all of our favorite places in Bozeman. We will definitely return in the future, and are grateful for the opportunity to stay at Lisa's beautiful bungalow. We miss Montana and Bozeman already!

This was a great bungalow for our family. The tech setup was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom. Lisa is an amazing host! There was not a stone unturned. We highly recommend staying here.

Great Bungalow

When you book a place there is always is this everything promised. In this instance it was more. The place is very nice and laid out. Lisa was great to work with. Just a note, Lisa sent me a link on how to use the app to unlock the door. I didn’t download it until we landed in Bozeman. It was a large file and took a while with the airport 4G. It all worked. Highly recommend and I will stay there again. Thank you.

Modern bungalow

My husband, 11-year-old daughter and I loved our stay at this charming bungalow. It’s close enough to everything, but still quiet and new. The main bed was super comfortable and there is also a Cordaroy queen size floor mattress which was perfect for my daughter. The oversized walk-in shower was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and soap which was refreshing after a long day of hiking. We loved the modern touches of Alexa and connecting our phones via Bluetooth to the built in speaker system to enjoy our music throughout the home. Lisa was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again if we have the pleasure of visiting Bozeman in the future.

Perfect location!

Lisa was very easy to communicate with and responsive. The place is adorable and has pretty much everything you’ll need. We were visiting family in the area and we all felt like we were at home. We were so happy with our choice. Perfect location for skiing at Big Sky and checking out downtown Bozeman. Highly recommended.

When a knock on the door of Kathy and Scott's home in Helena resulted in a young family buying our family home of 44 years, they took it as an opportunity to move closer to their 10 grandchildren. Their daughter Lisa was looking for an investment opportunity and Bozeman was a hot real estate market. She decided to purchase a duplex on the South side of town for Kathy and Scott and try their hand at short term renting on the other side. Turns out we had a knack for the hospitality business and bought the place next door as well for Lisa and her two sets of twins to live next door. Montana is family and we look forward to welcoming you into ours.
