Above all, the house has an all-season dining sunroom that provides a panorama view of the back yard and the mountains. The drive to the towns are fairly short, both Woodstock and Phoenicia are about a 10-12min drive. The closest grocery store is called Sunfrost Farms, it’s only a 10 min drive and is on Tinker street, the same road that leads to Woodstock.
