Sitting in the heart of all the action, you will have no problem finding limitless ways to use each day to its fullest. Simply walk to the white sand and blue water across the street and let the kids build sandcastles as you crack open that new novel you have been meaning to get around to. If a shopping day is on the agenda, make your way down the coast and check out the hustle and bustle of Pier Park. While in the area, Russell Fields Pier is a great place to catch a unique glimpse of the coastline or fish with the locals. Gulf World can also be a great attraction for all ages just three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The properly is no the same th epicturea is very bad when I’m try communication with Expedia for return my money they’re said I need call Vrbo when I’m comunícate with Vrbo they’re sent to Vacasa but no body take care the house is discussing broken chair, beds, stand of bathrooms, the sheets is gross carpet nasty the house is terrible no ocean view all silverware it’s nasty the sofa broken old and dirty when I’m call for they’re give other house they’re refuse no body solution are problem I’m moving with my 3 kids to hotel and they’re don’t response I’m expend all my money I have the return the properly for 2 days because I don’t have any money and they’re don’t response for anything is vey unpleasant vacation the picture in Expedia it’s doesn’t true and no body response, no body solution anything

Overall the stay was beautiful looked exactly like the pictures. The only downfall of this property would be not be able to connect to WiFi or cable. I’ve tried to reach out but no response.

Problems immediately upon arrival with obtaining parking pass and no water in unit. Difficult to talk with someone at Vacasa that knows anything about the property. Pics are definitely edited & look much nicer than the unit is. Biggest kicker - the front door does not lock (keypad broken). Won’t stay or use Vacasa again

Good but some misleading information
In general, the house's condition is acceptable and easy to walk to the beach. However, some descriptions are not up-to-date. For example, we were told that the pools and spa were closed due to repair and maintenance around one week before the trip. It was a bummer with two kids, and I asked for any compensation but got ignored. When we arrived, HOA told us the parking fee was $30 instead of $20, as we know from Vacasa. Not a big deal, but the information should be updated, or Vacasa should keep the promise.

No one was available to check in with, in addition to searching the property for 20 minutes to find our room because it is not in numerical sequence. The stairwell has no lighting whatsoever with dark gray stairs. The toilet stopped up and ran into the apartment below us. We were charged an additional $60 for parking passes when the website stated $20.

Concern regarding cleanliness
The location of the property is fantastic. An easy walk to the beach and minimally crowded in this section of the beach. You arrive to a moldy starfish glued to the door. The unit is much smaller and darker than it appears in the photos. We were quite surprised by caking of dust and mold on the ceiling around vents several of which were rusted. The closet where the unit was stored was filled with dust caked on door, walls and the unit itself. We are allergic to dust so all left with puffy faces. It all could easily be taken care of with a deep, appropriate cleaning.

There was nothing wrong with the resdence itself. met our needs perfectly. It gets a 5 star. The issues sadly were mgmt company. There were 5 of is for 12 days. Only 4 towels. We called Monday morning and didn't see towels till Thursday afternoon. The ad said shared washer dryer. We have used VRBO every year for our vacations. This is the fist time the shared washer dryer were coin operated. Would have been good to know. It's a beach site but no broom to sweep the sand up. We normally VRBO with owners, we probably will avoid mgmt companies Running the condos. According to the email, the manager was bringing the towels. No explaining or apology just handed the towels and left. As I said the place was great, just things could have been made clearer and handled better.

Parking Accommodations
The stay was ok. The room was not very clean. You check-in at 4pm. The office closes at 5pm. That's not enough time to get you and your family situated before the office close to get a parking pass. No one wants their car to be towed while on Vacation. This is extremely a flawed process.

Nice Short Trip Location
For starters, the room was very clean, located in a great part of town, and was easy to locate and access. The downside, the pictures make you believe it is beach front which it is not, and there are not enough plug ins for the room to plug in the TV or anything.
