Welcome to the sunny skies of Hilton Head Island! Hilton Head is known not only for it's beautiful white sandy beaches and amazing sunrises and sunsets but also for the many recreational activities available. Enjoy fishing, boating, golf, tennis, dolphin watching and much more. Miles and miles of bike paths serve as an easy access to our many restaurants and shops, as well as Hilton Heads famous Coligny Circle.

Our beautiful and completely renovated 2 Bedroom 1 bath immaculate ground floor (no stairs inside or out!) condo is situated in the quiet area of S Forest Beach, 3rd Row from the ocean - located in the Dunes Villa complex. It is located less than a block from the beach and just blocks away from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny and the new Celebration Park!

Our beautiful condo has been completely remodeled (new flooring, new kitchen and new bath with tiled walk in shower, new appliances, new full size washer and dryer, new paint and all new decor!!) and situated just across the street from the beach on the Adler Lane Beach Access. The Alder Beach lane access provides a short and easy walk to the beach and has outside showers and public restrooms. For further reference It is located across the street from the Marriott Grande Ocean Club for those familiar with the South Forest Beach area. Many consider this one of the best locations on the island and a hidden gem - steps from the Tiki hut on the beach and a short walk to to the shops and restaurants located at Coligny in one direction and less than a mile form the Sea Pines Entrance in the other direction. This community also sits right on the awesome bike trails of HHI - so basically you can park your car for the week and walk and bike most everywhere!

Our condo has been completely remodeled from top to bottom and features an amazing new kitchen with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The new remodeled bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in tiled shower. We also added a brand new full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has queen bed and second bedroom has two twins with high end bed linens. Tv's in all rooms with Spectrum cable, Roku sticks and high speed internet included. In addition we provide beach towels, beach wagons, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas for your stay! It has one assigned Parking space right at front door and contactless entry.

Lovely weekend getaway near Coligny

We enjoyed our quick trip to HHI. The condo was comfortable and we loved the location. It was a nice and easy walk to the beach, especially using the included wagon to haul all our things, and the pool was clean and never too busy. The designated parking spot is right outside the condo and so convenient. The lot is narrow in places and can be a bit tricky to navigate oncoming vehicles but all the drivers were considerate. The unit was well equipped and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. When we arrived, the smell of air freshener and/or scented cleaning products was very strong to the point of being overwhelming for us as we don’t typically use strong fragrances or scented plug-ins at home. Overall it was a minor inconvenience on an otherwise lovely experience but thought it was worth mentioning for consideration.

A Wonderful Vacation

This little quiet gem is tucked away off the road, but less than a 5 minute stroll to the beach. It was so nice to have access to a wagon and all the beach necessities you’d need. The condo is very well taken care of and very clean. The bike path is right at the end of the lot to hop and off. Communication with the host was very quick and easy when questions arose. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back:)

Beach vacation

Perfect location just a couple minute walk from a part of the beach that isn’t very busy. Close to good restaurants. All the beach chairs/towells/toys etc ready for our use.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The host thought of everything including USB ports to charge our devices. The condo was was very clean and comfortable and was very convenient to all the attractions in Hilton Head. I would definitely stay there again! Having to not have to pack beach chairs was a plus! She also kept in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We hope to book with her again!

Great getaway

Good location, short walk to the beach. The Condo was very clean, inviting and well equipped. A lot of thought has gone into making sure there were plenty of towels including beach towels, beach chairs etc. The guest book was well written and informative. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Our host was extremely helpful,and responded promptly when we contacted her.

Winter getaway

My husband and I appreciated the amenities and location of the unit. Parking was close which helped with unloading and loading. We cooked most meals and the kitchen offered all that we needed. It was nice to have chairs and a cooler when we went to the beach. The host touched base with us throughout the stay to make sure all was well. This location worked well for us.

Perfect place to relax

My children and I had an amazing time at your place. Everything we needed was there. And so close to the beach! We celebrated New Year's on the beach and saw fireworks. You can't beat that! The place was clean and comfy. We look forward to staying there again.

Great Stay

The condo was very well stocked with anything we would need and the communication and help from the owners was excellent! The wagons provided were essential and so helpful when transporting things to/from the beach. The condo area was very quiet with little traffic which was nice for my kids when riding bikes. I did book this place mostly for the heated pool which wasn’t all that warm but my kids were still able to swim.

The Dunes, F1

We are frequent visitors to HHI. The proximity to walking trails, public beach access, and Coligny are all easily walkable from The Dunes. This stay was our first in F1 and we were pleased to find everything we needed. The condo was stocked with essential items, such as: detergent for the washer and dishwasher, dryer sheets, trash bags, beach towels, fresh linens, and all the necessary items for cooking. Our family of four fit comfortably and had plenty of beach essentials readily available for us to use. We look forward to our next stay at Angela’s.

This property is very nice and very well appointed. It's best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children as the 2nd. bedroom is a little small and closet space is limited. We also enjoyed having the pool available in the complex. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything you could need.

Great communication with the property owner! We bought a few things so we were prepared, but ended up returning them--everything we needed was there. We appreciated how clean the condo was, and the fact that there were beach supplies available, especially the wagon! The condo is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants. A little longer walk to the beach than expected.

Great Location to the beach, shops and restaurants

We had a great stay at the condo. It was super close to the beach. We brought our own bikes and biked to several places. The beach amenities were extremely helpful. The beach had a lifeguard and wasn’t too crowded during our stay. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful Condo

I don’t know where to start with this condo! My boyfriend and I went here for my birthday weekend. The place and area had a relaxed and family oriented atmosphere. We loved it so much we are already thinking about bringing our kids back next summer! The condo was just as described and in walking distance to the beach access. Angela is an amazing host and made sure we were enjoying our stay.

THE BEST STAY EVER

this was THE best condo i have EVER stayed in between the ones on vrbo and other rental websites !! it was so clean and Angela was so accommodating! she was able to help us work around our flight time for an early check in and my dad spilled wine on his bed sheets and she was over in MINUTES to pick up the sheets and bring to cleaners for us and assured us it was not a big deal. Angela provided all the beach equipment and everything was working as it should be. the condo was BEAUTIFUL and she did a great job making us feel at home! DONT THINK! BOOK IT!!

Nice stay in Hilton Head

This property is in the perfect location ; it’s close to the beach and we were able to rent bikes for the week and bike or walk around the neighborhood-it’s close to stores and restaurants. This property had everything we needed for the beach and was clean. We enjoyed our stay here!

Stay of a lifetime!

I can't say enough about the property, location, and owner. Everything was wonderful. I could walk to the beach and enjoy a sunset or sunrise. I enjoyed weekends at the pool - which is spotless and clean. Fantastic location on the Island and near everything. Friendly families around and the place was in perfect condition and clean. The owner was very responsive to my requests - which basically was can I stay longer because I love it here. The host also has chairs and wagons to take your stuff to the beach - no need to bring it. If you are looking to enjoy time on the Island this is the place to stay!!

Great time in Hilton Head

The property was in great shape and was as advertised. Everything was clean, orderly and ready for our arrival. Plenty of kitchen tools / supplies on hand in the to make meals. Coffee maker was nice and stackable washer and dryer were super handy. The unit provided foldable cart to drag stuff to the beach which was great... as well as had some beach toys and umbrellas. The walk was easy and maybe 5-10 min max depending on how fast you were moving. Location was great relative to all parts of Hilton Head. Easy to access Coligny shopping areas. Pool provided a nice break from the beach for the kids when needed. Owner was easy to get a hold of and handled and questions we had. Great place! Great vacation!
