The bright and beachy open concept living area is filled with brand-new furnishings, a flat screen TV, and a gorgeous oceanfront view! The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and is outfitted with luxurious stainless appliances.

The oceanfront primary suite hosts its own private balcony entrance, a king bed, office desk, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite primary bathroom boasts a double granite vanity, Jacuzzi tub, private toilet closet, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom boasts both a queen bed and a twin bunk bed as well as a mounted TV. The ensuite guest bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The third bedroom has a full bed, twin bed, and mounted TV with a full bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom. This bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8".
