Great Stay

We had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We loved the pool and being right on the beach. This is a very safe, family oriented area and we will be back.

Great weekend trip!

We came for a long weekend stay with family and this place was perfect. We loved the big pool with lots of chairs. The beach was very easy and close to access! The condo was very clean and spacious! The location was great too, within 10min to Seaside and Alys Beach. Will definitely try to plan another trip here in the future!

There was remodeling construction going on and was a bit noisy at times. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great family friendly location

We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again. Easy, short walk to the beach & pool. Great to be able to park underneath the building, out of the sun. Great family rental. We never heard any noise from neighbors. Everyone we did meet was very friendly. Beach service is not included in the rental (which we knew beforehand) but we were easily able to reserve & pay for the morning of our first beach day—starting 8am on the beach.

Great location, in need of some TLC

Great location, spacious condo with big balcony overlooking pool. Kitchen was lacking from a utensil perspective. Only major drawbacks were 1. Check in is late - 4 but can be as late as 5 depending on housekeeping. That burns a whole day. Check out is also a bit early st 10. Cleanliness was lacking. I know quality control is hard with these cleaning companies but it wasn’t great.

Enjoyable Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our annual family trip to the beach was enhanced by our stay at this property. The grandchildren loved using the pool and we were only a short walk from the beach with easy access. But be aware that there was no beach service for beach chairs at this time of year, so bring your own chairs in the fall! The unit was roomy and had the amenities we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. We really enjoyed the roomy balcony and the roomy bathrooms. The beach was only partially visable because of a large sand dune that blocked the view. Overall, we would return to this unit.

Great location

Overall we really enjoyed the property and loved the location and view of the water from the large balcony. There are some basic amenities that we felt were missing that should be standard in a short-term rental (as we own one also). There are no hangers in master closet and I don't know anyone that travels with hangers, no hairdryer, & no broom. Pans and cooking utensils could stand to be replaced also. The glass coffee carafe was broken at the spout and also needs to be replaced.

Issues could have impacted our stay if not for property management company's exceptional service

We ran into several issues during our stay. Mostly because the condo does not seem to be well maintained and has bare minimum necessities, even though it looks great aesthetically. The property management company (Warren Rentals) responded quickly and thoroughly to items that needed attention. Had it not been for their responsiveness, I do feel that our stay would have been negatively impacted. I would probably not choose this condo again for a long visit, but I would definitely choose another property managed by the same company.

Ideal location but in need of upgrades

Ideal location for beach access and ocean view from balcony. Beds, linens, towels, appliances in good condition. Had to buy plastic solo cups for kids to drink from because no plastic cups or water glasses. Not enough bowls for a family of four, let alone six guests. Not a single cutting knife, so had to try to use steak knives to prepare meals, pretty embarrassing for the amount of rent charged. Overall, just a couple hundred dollars in upgrades for new dishes, glasses and cutlery would go a long way to improving this rental.

Our week at the beach

We loved the location and decor. The bed set up was perfect for our group. The kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as other places we have stayed. There wasn’t a can opener and an electric kettle would have been useful, too. Skillets were in terrible condition and the only sharp knives were steak knives. Access to a broom, dustpan, and mop would have been helpful as the floors were dirty when we arrived. Pot holders would have been helpful as well. The sliding door in the master bedroom didn’t lock, so we went out and purchased a dowel and had it cut to size so that we would feel more secure in the first floor apartment.

Fall Break

Always pleased to stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The pool and the beach are always clean and in working order. Condo was pleasant and had a nice view of pool and beach.

Great beach location

The condo was a great location and beach service was good, even though we had to stand in line each morning for 30-45 minutes to secure the spot we wanted. We had paid in advance for the whole week a week before. The space was good and the balcony was very spacious overlooking the pools with a somewhat blocked view of the gulf. It’s not plush, but beds were comfortable, we had plenty of space fir 4 adults and 3 children, and we had everything we needed. We had one small maintenance need and he came quickly and took care of our need completely. We will definitely come back!

Family Vacay 2022

We have stayed in this unit two years in a row. We are very pleased for the most part with the room, grounds, pool and location. Out only problem with the room this year is that the floors had not been cleaned when we got there. Everything else was clean and tidy. We purchased a Swiffer at Walmart and did the floors our self before we unpacked anything. Others than that all tumbs up on this room.

Great vacation spot!

We came with two little kiddos and the convenience of our location to the beach was amazing. The pictures depict the property perfectly. Great view of the pool and ocean on the spacious porch. The pool was also such an amazing bonus to our stay!! Overall we had a great time.

Perfect 10. Great family destination

The family loved the stay here. Never crowded, roomy, everyone had their own space. Perfect for a trip with the inlaws and kids. Very clean, and kept in like new condition. My mother in law is an absolute stickler (here name is even Karen..hahaha) for cleanliness, and it even passed her inspection. Kara with Warren Beach Rentals was fantastic. One of the boys left his I pad in the bunk room and she was able to retrieve this for us.. THANK YOU. The kids loved the pool, we loved the beach, and the inlaws loved sitting on the balcony.. so, a little something for everyone, which is what the best vacations are all about. Perfect!

Absolutely Spectacular. Clean, very nice and great location

Great stay at Dunes!! We absolutely LOVED this condo. It was the cleanest condo by far we had ever had at this resort (this is our 6th year) and certainly the most well kept and updated. The floors were beautiful. Warren Beach Rentals was great, handled any questions and gave us some wonderful suggestions on our stay. They could NOT have been more responsive, and clearly a cut above the onsite. The layout on the condo is great. The master bedroom is HUGE, and we loved having the big balcony. The kids loved the bunk room and squirreled away much of their time in their own private haven. Just cant say more about the experience. Highly recommended and we have already booked our return stay.

Beautiful!!

The unit is absolutely gorgeous!! The view of the ocean was much better in person! Unit was very clean. I really liked the gated private entrance to the beach. Very family friendly property. It was nice that they included a few days worth of basics ( toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent...etc). I was worried being close to the pool area would be too loud but you can't even hear anything once in the unit. We would absolutely stay again!

Great location and amenitiesa

We really enjoyed our stay. The master suite is very spacious and is as big as the rest of the condo put together. The condo had everything that we needed. The only drawback is that the bunk room is literally a laundry closet. The washer and dryer were in the closet and the rest of the space was literally taken up by a shortened set of bunk beds. This worked out ok for our 12 year old son, but would not have worked if we had to put two people in there . I would stay in this condo again if I only need 4 in beds. It is a stretch for anyone larger than a child for the bunk room. The beach chair rental was easy to navigate and is first come first serve. It worked out well for us. The pool was also nice.
