The Pink Highland Cottage is located in downtown Dunedin just a block from Main Street and short walk to the Marina. This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage offers guests a clean and comfortable place to call home. After checking out the breweries, eateries and shops walk back to the cottage tucked away on a quiet local charming street . Our property offers great outdoor living spaces and a large fenced in yard. A quick drive to Honeymoon Island or Clearwater Beach, Tampa/St.Pete.

Looking for something bigger or need multiple places for a large family gathering? We have plenty of options, a 4/2 home as well as other units in downtown. Please contact us for more information.

Cute Cottage Centrally Located
Had a great 4 day stay with my sister and 13 yr old niece on downtown Dunedin. Cottage was clean, book of instructions were clear and location was perfect - walking distance to central part of Downtown Dunedin; so easy to get to bars, brewerys, restaurants, the town market, downtown shops, etc. No need for car unless you plan to visit Honeymoon Island also a magical place. Owners were attentive and responsive. Overall a great stay and fun mini break for us all!

Awesome locations!
Literally a block from Main Street with lots of fun shops and restaurants. A short walk to Dunedin marina and Edgewater Drive for beautiful sun sets or a short 10 minute drive to Dunedin causeway, Honeymoon Island State Park and Caladisi Island. Property owner was very responsive and accommodating. Property was squeaky clean. Loved it and plan to come back!

Our trip was not so good until we arrived at this property
It was my 15yr old daughter and my first trip ever. First time flying. We came from Portland Oregon and we stayed in Orlando the first 3 nights to go to Universal studios. The first day was ok but just kept getting worse. We had already bought tickets for Universal studios and it was a disaster. Rides were shut down due to weather, my daughter broke her phone, we lost our credit card but eventually found it thank God. We didn't get to ride any rides that day. On day 3 we thought things couldn't get worse but luck was not on our side and we got stuck in Ocala due to our rental car breaking down. It was turning out to be the worst trip ever. We stayed positive and day 4 we arrived at this property and we were so amazed. This is when our luck changed and staying here and being at the beach was amazing. Beyond amazing, we had the best time ever here. Everything about this place was absolutely perfect. It was my 50th birthday and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Believe when I say the stay here made the whole trip worth while and we cannot wait to stay here again. The only thing I would change about it is the fact we only stayed one night. I wish we would have stayed here for the whole trip, this was by far the best night ever. My daughter wanted to go home and end the trip 2 days early and that all changed just being there. Seeing her smile and finally having a good time brought me to tears. Thank you so so much for allowing us to have the opportunity to stay at your property. It was breathtaking and I have not one single complaint at all. We will definitely be back only next time for a week. Thank you for turning a disaster into something wonderful. Perfect!
We enjoyed the cottage so much! The location is fabulous; a block from the downtown area. It is decorated very nice and was very clean. The kitchen had what we needed and the outdoor space was great! We ate out there a lot! Having the games out there was a nice touch also. Even beach towels were available to use. We love Dunedin and like to visit when we can. We will definitely come back to stay in the Highland Cottage! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The house was just as pictured and was clean, bright, and fully stocked. The decor is so nicely done, and there are even live plants! There is also a nice outside area, and I had breakfast and lunch at the picnic table several times. The location is great with downtown Dunedin a block away and the waterfront only a few blocks. The owner is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Stay
The Cottage was perfect for a nice, relaxing home base for a quick getaway for myself and my mother. It was easy to walk to downtown Dunedin eateries and shops and not a far drive to Clearwater either. The house was very clean, and is well stocked with pretty much anything needed (with the exception of an oven or dishwasher.) But the kitchen had everything else and there were plenty of pillows, towels, paper and cleaning products. Check in/check out were quick and very simple. The communication with the hosts is super fast and they were so helpful with any and all questions. It makes for a much nicer stay when you know the hosts will help however is needed - thank you Erin!

Amazing stay and wonderful host
We had an amazing time staying at highland cottage. Property is very clean and has all the facilities if you would like to cook. Nice yard space with couple of indoor games for the family. Hosts Erin and Bill are wonderful and kept on checking on our comforts. They have provided the information about Dunedin well before hand. Dunedin downtown is very close by and it has nice bars and live music. Clearwater beach is about 10-15 min drive from the cottage but a perfect place for a pleasant stay with Dunedin down town and Marina with in walkable distance. I would definitely prefer to stay here when ever I come again. Thank You Erin and Bill.

AMAZING TIME
The cottage is spectacular, is clean and organized is located a few blocks for many restaurants and local interest places.. is amazing to enjoy beach days, biking, jogging, walking. The neighborhood is quiet and safety. The place is really special to stay, the rooms and beds are comfortable, the kitchen has the main utensils to cook at home and in perfect conditions. We have been living in Dunedin for over 40 years our passion is to show others why we call Dunedin "home". We have been married for over 21 years and have 3 grown kids. Searching to find a new endeavor as soon to be empty nesters, we have started to purchase and renovate homes in the area. As owners of a small construction company we have done the renovations and designs ourselves. Finishing these properties had us wanting to share our piece of community to you guys. Striving to give people a local taste of why we think Dunedin is one of the greatest small towns in Florida. We are an all hands on operation from the ground up. We take all reservations, clean all our properties and take pride in what we have created. At 465onMain we are dedicated to providing high quality rentals for you and your family to enjoy. Our goals are simple, show you the best of Dunedin, make you feel like a local and have you leave as a friend.

The cottage is downtown but off a small quaint street, providing a quiet place to rest your head. Everything you need is in walking distance: Natures Food Patch/grocery store, breweries, shopping, eateries, parks, the marina and plenty of things in between to explore.

Park your car while you are visiting. Dunedin is walkable! If you are planning to visit surrounding areas, The Jolley Trolley has a handful of spots in town to catch a ride( a small fee to ride all day).

Bike rentals are locate off the Pinellas Trail.

The Clearwater Ferry will pick you up at Dunedin Marina and deliver you back to the beach ( small fee).

Keep an eye out foe out local tiki bus, it will pick you up and drop you off anywhere in downtown, they wok for tips! ( its a good time)
