Very large condo! Two generous sized bedrooms, one with a BRAND NEW King size bed and the other with two BRAND NEW Queen beds. All bedroom furniture and bedding replaced in January 2024! New sleeper sofa in living room allows for 8 guests.

Two spacious bathrooms with an en-suite bathroom in Master bedroom and the other is assessable from the 2nd bedroom and hallway.

There are two large balconies, one in the living room and one connecting both bedrooms. Condo is furnished with fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and washer/dryer.

Amenities include indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, sun lawn and fitness center. Great downtown location with pools and is walkable to restaurants, bars, and everything you need during your stay!

Gorgeous Condo - Beautiful Views - Super Clean
There is not one single negative about our stay there. The description and photos were 💯 accurate, actually even better. The ceiling to floor windows, balconies, decor, appliances, beds, TVs, storage, and extras were all amazing. Checking in was super easy. Communication with the host couldn't have been better. The location was great too.Highly recommend, you will be glad you stayed there.

Magical Beach Vacation
From booking to checking out, Jaclyn was wonderful! The condo was breathtaking with huge windows and spectacular views. Coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise was amazing. One to Remember!
This condo was exceptionally clean, and the view was amazing! We visited for 4th of July and the two balconies were perfect for viewing the fireworks happening all around us. I would recommend this condo to anyone! The property owner was also very helpful and checked in on us from time to time.

My family and myself stayed here for a week and absolutely loved this condo. It was bright, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. And what a treat to have the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/living room. Jaclyn was amazing!! She was so helpful, kind and attentive. She gave us some nice recommendations of places to visit and called us during the week to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again when in the Myrtle Beach area. This condo and the owner will not disappoint you.

The condo was very clean, pretty, and had everything we needed to have a great week in Myrtle Beach. The beds were great and the soaker tub in the master bath was just what I needed after long walks on the beach. My girls had a great time.

Amazing, amazing, amazing!!!
I have nothing bad to say about our stay this past weekend. My family and I are from Charleston and love being able to get away for a weekend and enjoy a beach not as crowded as Charleston gets. The host was so helpful, responded within minutes of contact and gave recommendations to the closest attractions and restaurants. The house/condo was amazing. The pictures the host gives, doesn’t do it justice. It honestly can’t be described. All in all, we will be coming back really soon!

What an amazing view!!!
The pictures displayed by the host perfectly represented the features and condition of the property. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing and cooking breakfast with some hot coffee is the only way to start your day. Well, maybe a mimosa or two as well. The entire condo was spotless and the check in and out process was extremely easy to follow. You are also walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and local attractions. Finally, the host is about the kindest and most helpful person I’ve ever had the pleasure of communicating with during any rental vacation experience. We will definitely be coming back for more sun and fun!!!

This place is a true gem!
We've come to Myrtle Beach occasionally over the past 24 years. We've always booked a condo on the ocean. This one is by far the nicest place we've ever stayed. The corner condo with the windows out to the ocean, as well as the side patios off each bedroom are the icing on the cake. The front patio out to the ocean is of course, the perfect view. Jaclyn checked in with us midway through our stay to make sure everything was going well. She was very attentive if we had a quick question or needed anything. We highly recommend this condo and can't wait to come back!

Best views!
We had the pleasure of vacationing here to celebrate my son’s third birthday, and this was a perfect family friendly spot. There are so many fun activities to do with children around the condo. The condo itself was perfect! The view of the beach is stunning and we loved every second. The hosts were wonderful to work with and provided great recommendations for our family. Beautiful Views and Great Owners
My spouse, some friends, and I recently rented this property. The views from the living room and balcony were amazing! The property has adequate amenities and the walk to the beach is very short, with no roads to cross. The parking garage is located about a block away, but has easy walking access to the condo. The location is definitely in a busy part of the city, but the rooms are quiet. You can find plenty of eateries within a short walk, which is very nice! On top of all that, the property owner was fantastic to work with and very quick to respond! When she was not available, her mother would fill in the gap and was also extremely nice and quick with responses. They gave us all kinds of additional information that was above and beyond, and I was very appreciative of that. They even checked in with us midway through our stay to make sure everything was going good or if we needed anything. If you are looking to stay in Myrtle Beach, I would definitely recommend this property!

Amazing Views! Great condo.
We were first time Myrtle Beach visitors and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The condo is wonderful. The decor is beachy and fresh. Everything is very nicely done. It was very clean and we had a member of our party who is a bit of a neat freak. She was even impressed with the cleanliness! There is ample space for relaxing and the kitchen is perfect for sunrise breakfasts or late night dinners in. There are lots of dishes and cookware if needed. Oh and the views, the views, the views! Did I mention the views? The pictures do not do this condo justice. The panoramic view of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows is spectacular. Parking was very easy and there were always spaces. The garage is a short walk straight to the condo. About 2 minutes. There is a short walkway directly onto the beach so taking the towels and chairs we brought was very easy. Jaclyn and Shirley were so great and perfect hosts. They answered all of my questions and gave us great recommendations for dinners. We are already planning our next trip. Thanks for sharing this wonderful condo with us.

The BEST views on the Grand Strand~trust me!
We have been coming to the MB area (from NJ) annually since the early 1970's. We had never stayed in the downtown area before (we usually stay farther North or in Surfside Beach- south MB) so I did not know what to expect. I was thinking it might be noisy. Not at all! I absolutely loved the location. After booking, our host Jaclyn communicated with us the needed details regarding our stay. The communication throughout was fantastic. When we booked, the pictures online were pre-February renovation, and we were OK with the units amenities- we were looking forward to the view more than the decor. BUT-shortly after booking, we saw the amazing updates that Jaclyn had done, and they were beautiful. THE VIEW!!! No pictures or words can describe the constantly changing view of the ocean, waves and sky. We spent many hours viewing the beauty that the waterfront and side view floor to ceiling windows provided. We often mentioned the unobstructed views reminded us of being at sea-open vistas as far as you could see- from all sides of the deck and two sides from the comfy couch or table inside the condo. The side balcony connecting the 2 BR's was a treat-oceanviews from both ! The unit was remodeled with a tasteful, beachy vibe-the decor, furiture, window treatments- all of it was CLEAN and comfortable. Jacyln's cleaning service are top notch!!! Due to Covid- we opted to dine in most of the time; as an avid home cook, I found the pots, pans, dishes and serviceware to be more than adequate. Certainly above average than most rentals we've had. New appliance pkgs too. Contactless check in/out, detailed instructions, the properties Covid protocols and SPOTLESSLY clean unit was very much appreciated. There are hand sanitizers throughout the resort, including the elevators. We did make use of the enclosed/indoor pool and spa (and one day the heated outdoor/covered pool) as well as the small but adequate & clean fitness center. The resort property was well maintained-we saw the service team daily sweeping, trimming hedges, cleaning lawn chairs. It was a very comfortable stay. The parking across the street was convenient and the neighborhood felt very safe. We more than once walked from 26th street to 31st street for an evening cocktail at the outdoor dining venues there-a nice walk even at night. There is a nice selection of walkable restaurants nearby. DO NOT hesitate to stay at this property. I can not say enough about the amazing unit and fantastic hosts !!
