Wir haben WI FI und wir begrüßen eine Familie petro

Unser Chalet verfügt über hohe Decken, einen offenen Grundriss und eine große Terrasse, die zu unserer ½ acre Hinterhof schaut und einem kleinen Teich. (Der Teich ist kein Schwimmteich) Manchmal werden Sie vielleicht Glück haben und einen durstigen Hirsche, die von aus dem Teich zu trinken aufgehört hat. Wir sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Echo Lake. Meine Lieblings-Sommer vor Ort!

Im Herbst und im Sommer haben wir eine Feuerstelle, die in einer großen Sandgrube mit Adirondack-Stühlen zum Entspannen umgeben ist. Dies macht die Abende im Freien mit der Familie oder Freunden noch mehr Spaß.

Zusätzlich haben wir eine Schaukel mit Rutsche, ein Trampolin und einen Sandkasten, um die Kinder zu beschäftigen! Wir haben auch ein NEUES Kinderclubhaus, das über eine Schiffsrampe erreichbar ist und über eine Rutsche verfügt. Unter dem Haus befindet sich eine 5x6-Sandbox mit Spielzeug. Dadurch sind die Kinder stundenlang beschäftigt und Sie können sie vom Deck aus beobachten.
Zusätzlich bieten wir im Haus einen Kinderbereich mit Büchern, Spielzeug, Kinder Papas und einem Fernseher

Wir haben auch neue Hufeisengruben und Hufeisen!

Wir befinden uns in einer waldreichen Umgebung im Herzen der White Mountains, nur eine Meile von der Innenstadt von North Conway entfernt. Weniger als eine halbe Meile auf der Straße ist Echo Lake, einem schönen kleinen See mit Badestrand und ein Rettungsschwimmer in den Sommermonaten nur sitzen an der Basis der beiden Whitehorse und der Kathedrale von Ledges.

Auf dem Weg in die Stadt, werden Sie die beliebten Saco Fluss, ein großartiger Ort für Kajak oder Schläuche auf einem heißen Sommertag übergeben. Innenstadt von North Conway hat Spaß Geschäfte und Boutiquen, Restaurants, und Eis. Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist die Stadt von Jackson, in ein anderes großartiger Ort zu besuchen.

Unser Haus bietet Platz für 11-12 Personen. Wir haben 4 Schlafzimmer und einen Schlafboden. 2 Schlafzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss. nach oben Einer von ihnen ist im Loft-Stil. (Eine Seite offen ist) Es ist eine Leiter, die Sie bis zum Loft-Schlafzimmer führt.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this home. Very cozy and comfortable. Great location. The downfall is the loft room it’s a little sketchy going up and down the ladder. My granddaughter did find a vap pen under the bunch bed, which I am sure was just overlooked. Really nice chalet.

Location

The house overall is good. Close to Diana Bath, Cathedral Ledge and downtown N. Conway. My only issue is, the downstairs bedroom doors have white mold on them. I contacted the host and got no reply. Actually tried to go elsewhere, but everything was booked.

Great location

If you need to be close the N. Conway, it's a perfect location. Echo lake was walking distance. Host was fast to reply. House was everything we needed. Keep on n mind that it's a ski chalet, so no ac. But it was clean, plenty space for 9 of us to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy. No crazy clean list.

Don’t be Misled… Dirty, Not Msintained, Mold Smell, No Windows in Upper 3 Bedrooms, Disappointing!

I booked this place for a week in July and walked away it’s so bad. I invited my 4 siblings and spouses to join me for a weekend. It was so filthy, smelly, and lacking of kitchen equipment, and unsafe and was afraid to stay here. I ended up getting screwed by homeowners and only got a 43% refund. The description on VRBO is false. Here’s what you can expect: The place was dirty (kitchen and baths), 3 upper floor bedrooms have no windows so no ventilation is possible, the loft included in the sleeping space is by a ladder which is in a bedroom, sliding glass door in living room is broken and has been for a long time, grass in yard is so long the yard is not usable, the deck (which was dirty) only has 2 chairs and a small table, the bathroom shower has a green and white slimy looking chemical spill, freezer has a brown slime stuck on the surface, kitchen lights have a short circuit and strobe when turned on, kitchen light switch is cracked and pushed in, kitchen island countertop is unattached and moves when you lean on it, loft area has a 4’ tall pile of items. The upper bedrooms have 2 small skylights which open if you can reach 9’ but there are no screens so expect to get swarmed by mosquitoes and other insects if you climb up on something to access them. The owner kept saying there were box fans but they did not exist on site. Owner only provides 1 set of towels for each bathroom so it’s not equipped for the 12 people they say it sleeps. Don’t stay here!!!

North Conway Fun!

Location of this house was terrific...close to shops, restaurants and ski mountain. There was a slight glitch at check in due to the cold temps, but communication with the property manager was great. She was responsive and worked hard to figure out how to solve the issue. Thank goodness, everything worked out with the house after a few hours, and my family and I were able to enjoy our time at the North Conway house. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Big house plenty of space. Great weekend but a couple of things. The door can’t be opened fully and puts you in an awkward position especially loading stuff in. Strange! Fantastic location

Fantastic location, minutes to the center, about 10 minutes to StoryLand and a minutes drive to Echo Lake/Beach. Plenty of room for parking and a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was nice however the mosquitoes kept us inside, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the swings and fire pit, but not the owners fault. The layout worked well for our family with 2 bedrooms in the basement area and 2-3 on the second floor. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our large family as well. If you are looking for a family friendly location and floor plan this is really an ideal rental. Only complaint my family had was there isn’t CAC, only fans and it is dated in its decor but again, I think the location makes it worth it. Also, if you plan on going to the beach you MUST BUY a daily parking pass ONLINE or you cannot go. It wasn’t expensive but you will want to do that ahead of time.

We really enjoyed this stay. 4 adults and a handful of kids ranging from 2-12. Plenty of space for all. 2 full bathrooms was amazing. It has the best cabin fell and vibes. The decor was adorable also. The kitchen had all the things we needed also. Only issue we had was the water pressure and the set up of the rooms was different from the pictures.. things that wouldn’t deter us from renting again. It’s off the main road and still 5 mins from the center. Definitely recommend

Valley West

House was cute with a great location- super close to things and central to a lot! Kids loved the outdoor play area. Basement was wet and musty(2 bedroom down there). Upstairs bedrooms are hot. Loft ‘bedroom’ needs to have the right person to sleep there (must go thru another bedroom for access- not safe for children, ladder access only). Bedrooms are as follows: 1 queen upstairs, 1 double upstairs, queen in loft, 2 bunks basement, 1 double basement, tub shower in basement and standing shower upstair. Living, kitchen, dining area great open space to fit the whole family! House is 4 levels- basement, main living area, upstairs and loft.

In desperate need of upkeep, and should be checked for black mold.

Cons first: 1st floor is a lower level that is part basement. Everything was damp, the dehumidifier was overflowing and the hall carpet was soaking wet when we arrived. We had to continue to empty the dehumidifier for the whole week. There were no window fans, no AC, and no airflow on any of the floors. One of the sliders was taped up with black tape, and couldn’t be opened, and the rugs were full of stains. If my kids were little, I wouldn’t have let them play on the floor. The outside had cobwebs everywhere, unkempt piles of wood, and a broken cabinet to greet you when you first drive up. The outside lights were not working when we arrived. There is a junk pile under the deck, and very little outdoor seating on the deck or at the fire pit. The bath mat for the upstairs bathroom was sopping wet upon arrival, making us wonder if it had even been washed after the previous guests. This house has so much potential, but feels neglected. Definitely think the owner should be up front about the condition of the house, which would have at least given us an idea what to actually expect. The pros: the house has so much potential. Some TLC would make this place stunning. It has a well stocked kitchen, and TV, and is near everything you come to the white mountains for.

Great location

This is a cute house located just outside of town in a nice quiet wooded area and big yard. While not updated in a while, it had everything we needed. I would recommend updating the pictures of the bedrooms as they do not match up with the actual bedroom layouts. We hope to enjoy this house again in the future!

Great Experience

I booked fairly last minute because my son had surgery recently to repair a torn ACL and he was just cleared to snow board. We had a great time and it meant the world to my son to hit the slopes again and the extremely positive experience with the home we rented really added to a great week for him. I would book the same place again in a heartbeat. It was a very nice, clean place with easy check in and check out. I highly recommend it if you are looking to go to North Conway.

North Conway Rental

We rented this place for our group of 2 families. Plenty of space for everyone with room to spare. Not the cleanest place in the world, but we’re low maintenance. Hard to beat the location and price. Would stay here again.

Perfect Ski House!

I couldn't have asked for a better property to stay in for a weekend ski trip. Being right in North Conway made it perfect for those in the group who wished to go skiing, and even better for those who went shopping! My friends had an awesome stay and we would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Great stay

The location of this property is perfect and close enough to all of the shopping centers and food nearby, not to mention the view right up the road is phenomenal! The house itself was very clean and adorable! Only thing I would have to note is that in the pictures it seems to have two extra beds, when that is not the situation. There is a room with two bunkbeds (very tight), A bedroom across from that has one bed that could sleep two people, upstairs there is a room with a bed that could sleep two people, there is another room with one bed that can sleep up to two people, and a loft that could sleep two people! Even though there was enough room for my guests to double up, I feel that it is important to note that there is more than enough room for air mattresses and sleeping bags if that’s what you prefer! I highly recommend this location and will most likely be booking again sometime in the future :) Thank you for letting us stay!

We are walking distance to Echo lake, 5 minutes from Cranmore mountain, 10 min to attitash and 15 min to wildcat. There are hiking trails galore all around us. We are minutes from downtown and outlets and TONS of things for kids to be entertained with while adults RELAX! We have a swing set and trampoline, plus sand box for kids while adults relax around the fire pit. Large club house( 5 ft by 6 Ft) for the kids with a boat ramp, rock wall and slide!
