Beautiful comfortable spacious 2300 sq. ft. house, on 1/3 acre in Lake Havasu City with lake view, 3 miles from Lake. Plenty of space, comfy couches, full kitchen with fridge/freezer combo, ice-maker, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, appliances...toaster, toaster oven, battery powered wine-openers....(you’re welcome ladies), wine glasses, gas range top and oven. Keurig and regular coffee maker on premises....so bring your coffee. Coffee filters available. Dishwasher, Boat and plenty of car parking. Washer and dryer. Heat and air conditioning, WiFi

The space
When you stay in our home, the entire place is yours to enjoy. We currently don’t allow large parties, we do allow family events and small gatherings.

Only guests that are booked are permitted to stay overnight and.....our personal property...is not for use please.

The house is very comfortable, inviting, sanitized and extremely clean....we are certain that you will enjoy your stay. We have some games for kids, dominoes and tic tac toe. Have fun, enjoy friends and family and our home ❤️

Side note: The porch and garages are equipped with cameras that can be monitored remotely by hosts at anytime.

Guest access
Guests can access any part of the house except on hall linen closet that has some of our personal items in it. We encourage you to make yourselves at home and enjoy your time here. Please take the time to sit on the front porch as sundown and look at the amazing views

Other things to note
There is absolutely no filming of any kind permitted on the property. No smoking or inside the property. If you are a smoker, please don’t drop your butts in the yard...thank you 😊 and no GLITTER OR CONFETTI of any sort!!

There is a gas BBQ in the back yard, it is available for you to use, if you do use it, please wipe it down and recover it after it cools down, the cleaning service does not provide this service.
