Located in the exclusive, private, and kid-friendly Great Harbors community, this three bedroom ranch is perfect for your Cape Cod summer getaway. Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features a large community pool and toddler wading pool complete with lifeguards (open during the summer only), tennis courts throughout the community, a playground, baseball field, private beach and more! The community has a 2 mile circle perfect for biking, running or walking.

Enjoy your stay on the large deck out back with grill, fire pit and table for 8. Inside you have your choice of two living rooms complete with Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, books and games for all ages. Added central air in 2022. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and attached 1/2 bath with barn door. The kids room allows for 4 children or adults with two sets of bunkbeds, great for all ages! The front bedroom has a queen bed and is directly across from the full bathroom. We offer bikes, beach chairs, and a buggy for the beach! Work, play and stay!

This home is about a mile to Menahaunt Beach, Bristol Beach, and Falmouth Heights Beach and just a few minutes to golf courses, bike paths, Freedom Boat Club, charter fishing boats, island ferries, shopping, and dining. Falmouth is also known for its July 4th fireworks on the beach and the well known Falmouth Road Race. Neighborhood activities at the clubhouse and pool include kids night and social events, swimming lessons and private tennis lessons available. Kayaking, sailing and boating steps away on the bay with access to the ocean.

No pets.

*7 night minimum stay in summer months. Check-in/ check-out on Saturdays.

**Please note, up to 8 unlimited weekly passes for use of pool and tennis courts may be purchased separately, children under 3 are free (pool and clubhouse are only open to guest during the summer months - late June to Labor Day). Great for multigenerational vacation

Single level and thoughtful features for seniors. Amazing array of recreational equipment at the house as well as neighborhood recreational options (pool, tennis, playground) only a short walk away. Toys, books and chairs for pre-schoolers. DVDs and games for all ages. And then there are all the beaches and features of Falmouth and the Cape. Great vacation spot!

Great Location, Nice Property

Nice little gem of an area in Falmouth. Quiet neighborhood with close proximity to the water. Community pool and tennis courts offer lots to do for anyone with little ones. House was in great shape, really enjoyed eating on the nice outdoor deck and having nightly fires in the fire pit. Hosts were super responsive when needed. Would return again!

Fantastic stay in Falmouth

I thought this rental was fantastic. It had everything you need and extremely helpful owners. That’s all you can ask for when staying at a home. Great backyard and lots of beach items ready for use.

Super clean and great size house in the Great Harbor section of E Falmouth Very centrally located and you are on Main St in 5-7 min drive Only negative is community pool Pool passes need to be purchased and the cost is ridiculously high for what you get Suggestion is that owner covers the cost for up to 4 passers Pool is nice but not the Ritz
