Located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator (it takes a minimum of effort before arriving in paradise 😊) of a building on the seafront (Le Jean Bart, at the level of the Fréjus Plage pharmacy for connoisseurs) , you will indeed enjoy on the balcony a 180° view of the sea, of Saint Raphael its basilica, its Old Port and the Ferris wheel on the left, of the beaches of Fréjus Plage opposite, of Port Fréjus, Saint Aygulf, les Issambres and until guessing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez on the right.
This fully air-conditioned apartment is composed as follows: an entrance with a toilet leads to the kitchen (stairs leading to the first floor on the left). From the kitchen we can see the brightness coming from the bay window of the living room, with the sea in the background !!
The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, Senseo type coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine. In a row, we enter the living room with high table and chairs, beautiful sofa bed, TV, and balcony with table and chairs for taking meals.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed, the other with a 140cm bed, both equipped with a TV. You will also find the magnificent bathroom.
Throughout your stay, you will enjoy the balcony, atmospheres so different depending on the time of day: early in the morning you will appreciate the calm, the arrival of the first bathers, during the day the pleasures of the beach, and to finish the hustle and bustle of the night market without having the inconveniences thanks to double glazing and noise-dampening air conditioning.
And the Saint Raphael Valescure TGV station is less than 10 minutes away on foot!
So no time to lose, it is advisable to book this accommodation very quickly, which will not remain on the market for long.
