Relax in the great room, where a cozy fireplace, stunning beach views, and a large TV create the ideal setting for unwinding. Step out onto the expansive outdoor deck for breathtaking views and fresh ocean breezes. The gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with bar seating for five, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats eight and is complemented by a wet bar with a dual-temperature wine refrigerator. A bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and a full bathroom with additional pool/spa access are also located on this floor, along with a convenient laundry facility featuring dual washers and dryers.

Retreat to the second floor, where four luxurious bedrooms each feature king-sized beds. The master suite is a sanctuary of relaxation with a marble-topped private bath, dual sinks, a vanity area, and an oversized walk-in shower with a rain head. The glass-paneled shower overlooks the bedroom, offering stunning beach views. A cozy seating area completes this serene retreat.

The second bedroom, also with a king-sized bed, boasts nearly panoramic beach views and a private seating area perfect for watching Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Two additional guest bedrooms with king-sized beds are complemented by two full bathrooms (one with a tub for families with little ones). Each bedroom is equipped with large smart TVs and Sonos sound systems for endless entertainment.

Outdoor living is a breeze with the large deck, heated lounge pool/spa, and ample seating areas. Enjoy casual meals prepared on the grill* while soaking up the sunset. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off beach sand, and a convenient boardwalk provides direct access to the beach.
