The location couldn't be more perfect, with the best of San Diego's amenities and attractions just steps away.
The Space:
The home's downstairs features a spacious living area - with flat screen, smart TV, large, separate dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom, front yard, front deck space with outdoor living furniture and view of the bay/ downtown, and a fenced backyard with seating and a gas BBQ grill. Upstairs you'll have a full bathroom, master bedroom with smart TV, a comfortable queen bed, and a private balcony with spectacular views of the Harbor and Downtown, an additional bedroom with two full beds and a spacious closet, a third bedroom with a queen sized bed and closet.

Guests will have private access to the home in its entirety.

Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible rental length terms long or short term to suit your specific need.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil.
Our most convenient location near Little Italy, Balboa Park, Downtown, and the Int'l Airport does lend us to some overhead airplane noise. We are on the landing side, and not directly under the path, so sounds is much less than (and doesn't last as long) as the takeoff side, but should be noted before booking.
Interaction with Guests:
Self check in 24 hrs: You'll receive a smart lock code that will be active during your stay. Although entire stay will be private and uninterrupted, I am available at any time should you need anything at all.
