There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Pull down shades or blackout curtains on all windows allow for privacy or block out morning sunrise if you want to sleep in. Large full bath with tub/shower combo. The half bath room has a stacked washer-dryer and plenty of storage.
Outside there is a fenced in back yard for your dog to run and play, a shower to rinse all the beach sand off, fish cleaning station and a grill for cooking your catch of the day.
