ABOUT THE SPACE:

The Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed, guest bedroom with two double-size beds, queen-size sleeper sofa in living area, private balcony, two bathrooms - whirlpool tub in primary, and washer & dryer. Full kitchen with coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, stove, toaster, cookware, and flatware. Max occupancy: 8, 1,180 - 1,257 sq. ft.

The resort will undergo a renovation project from Jan. 2024 - May 2024. During this time the Main building and Tower 2 and Mini Golf area will be affected. The check in desk and other departments will be making modifications to their operations. Signage will be posted. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site during this time. Dates are subject to change.

As this is a timeshare property, you may be offered the opportunity to attend a vacation ownership meeting or timeshare tour. They may offer an incentive of free shows or gift certificates for restaurants. As our guest, you are in no way obligated to attend these meetings. Please communicate the name and address as it appears on the photo ID of the (1) person who will be handling check-in at the time of booking. This is a requirement of the resort and helps to offer a secure and convenient check in experience for our guests. Please consider arrival plans so that whoever arrives first is able to gain access to the suite. The resort does charge $99 to change this information once it's been registered and the final confirmation has been sent.

A major credit card is required for a $250 refundable security deposit at check-in. Incidentals which are incurred during your stay (including dining, transportation, golf, or other services) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Any additional resort fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

The resort does their very best to ensure the suites are ready for check-in by 4 pm or earlier. However, sometimes housekeeping delays do occur. In these instances, the resort is happy to complete the check-in paperwork and store your luggage so you can relax and begin using the amenities. We are not able to offer compensation or refunds related to check-in delays.
