Bright and sunny room with lovely views. Attached private bath and a sitting room makes for your own little retreat space. Comfortable 2nd floor suite in a farm setting close to shopping, 20 mins to the ocean. All units have 43" smart TV, frig, microwave and coffee in room.
Abbott Brook Inn is an 1800âs farm set on 125 beautiful acres with a view from every window. This 4-unit Inn takes a take a natural approach to life here, so no finely manicured grounds, just the beauty of nature all around you. Wide open fields with views of the stars, stroll down our country lane and take in country air. This is a working farm with some animals and farm equipment.
Your suite will be clean, comfortable and relaxing. You can enjoy your private space which has everything you need, or take advantage of all the outside space and wander around, find the brook, visit the sheep or just stroll around the huge fields. Take time to relax in the small indoor heated pool with jets to ease your weary body. Need to watch something on TV, there are smart TVs in each room and a common area living room with cable. At this time no meals are offered at the Inn.

Brothers Dylan, Dalton & Noah, and Mom, Norma purchased the property in 2019. Since theyn they have been working to convert the property to a small in on their farm. This is an ongoing process and always evolving. Natives of Southern Maine & NH, they all live and work in the area.

Tucked away from the world yet very convenient to shopping, the coast, dining and more- the location is perfect. A private and peaceful property with stunning sunrises and moonrises, a charming brook, woods, fields and always a beautiful view to be had.

Charming Inn set on a 125 acre farm. Convenient to most locations in Southern Maine and NH. Located near the center of North Berwick, with stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. There are 4 guest rooms available each with frig/micro/coffee and the first floor a common area of room and breakfast nook (frig, micro, toaster oven) may be shared with other guests. There is a heated indoor pool for private use. Contact us for special rates on more than one room.
Excellent location to be away from tourist areas but close enough to visit them. Beaches 20-30 minutes, RT 95-15 mins, Portland Portsmouth-45 mins, Kittery Outlets -30 mins. Mountains and skiing, 1 hour 30 mins. Suite includes a comfortable bedroom, bath and views of the farmland from every window. See great sunrises, wildlife sightings and an amazing moon if you happen to be here on a clear moonlit night. First floor liiving room has 50" smart tv, and gas fireplace as well as a breakfast nook. This serene setting offers privacy, beauty and plenty of places for walking and visiting the farm animals -A great location in a relaxing setting!
