Downtown on the Little Pigeon River!

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Chalet on River Road

We came to Gatlinburg for our granddaughters Ntl Dance Competition at the Convention Center. This was a fantastic walking location. Everything we had planned was in easy walking ( Anakeesta, sky bridge, restaurant and various other activities. The condo has a darker cabin feel, but very clean. Would stay again.

Great location to downtown

We came to celebrate a birthday in Gatlinburg. I loved the view of the river from the balcony. The location to downtown made it easy to come back, relax and drop off stuff we bought without having to mess traffic and parking. Highly recommend. Super clean. Decor is nice!

Location! Location! Location!

Perfect place to stay and within walking distance to everything. The unit was well maintained and very clean. Excellent view of the space needle, sky lift and mysterious mansion. You’re literally in the heart of it all. Highly recommend this unit and look forward to future stays.

Close to Strip

This place was close to the Gatlinburg strip, had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Quiet and check-in, Check-out process was super easy. There is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy. There are only 6 units in the building which makes it nice. The bed was decent and overall we were happy with the place.

Great stay

I enjoyed our stay. Centrally located to everything in Gatlinburg. However if you plan to stay make sure you either pack kind of light as the elevator isn’t very trustworthy. It was broke on checkin and fixed the next day and broke the day after. So had to hand carry all of my luggage up and down two stories but besides that it was great and very clean.

Comfy Condo

My husband, myself and our 3 year old loved the condo. It was very convenient to everything. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The sound of the river below our balcony was very peaceful. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wanted a nice place in downtown Gatlinburg.

My wife really liked the property I booked for her birthday getaway. It was clean and convenient to town. No need to pay to park. You can walk to almost anywhere in Gatlinburg.

Nice little condo

If you’re looking for somewhere downtown, close to all the attractions, this is absolutely it! It’s out of the way but still right there. You can walk anywhere from here. It is loud up until abt midnight. That’s when the haunted mansion next door shuts down. But you can’t hear it from inside. Just if you’re on the balcony. We slept with the balcony door open as to hear the creek running right in front of our door. This is really a great space! My only issue was the pillows are super hard and the mattress a little firm. Other than that very minor issue everything was wonderful! I highly recommend this property!!!

Location, Location, Location

This property is in town with all the sounds of Gatlinburg and in the most perfect location for walking to the strip yet you feel secluded when enjoying sitting on the spacious porch watching the river rushing over the rocks. We loved this location. Super clean, very comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped. Nice linens.

I felt overall the property was very nice. The music from the house down the block was a little annoying when we sat outside. FYI the scissors doesn’t work. Matt came right over for help with the tvs. Some comments. Note I do window treatments so noticed these things. 1. Cheap vinyl big box store mini blinds that did not fit. Way too short in width 2. Sheer drapes on the living room and bedroom that did not fit also let light at night and in the morning. Most people like to sleep in the dark. Sheers are ok but should have room darkening blinds underneath.
