Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Nice property!

We were there the week between Christmas and New Years! Close to everything which was great since traffic was awful! There is a fence between you room and the little river so you have to walk down the road a tad to get down there to it! Parking is close and only 6 spots available! Don’t think you are getting more than one! Overall great property!

Peaceful in town

We enjoyed the peaceful noise of the river running right outside the property. Everything in downtown is a short walk away. Only tricky part was parking. It is a very narrow parking lot. Over all this was a great place to stay!

Great host and clean property

Its not a cabin with scenic mountain views. It is, however, a nice clean place that is out of the way yet close to everything. Which is why we chose it. Parking is a little tight, but where isn't in Gatlinburg.

Great experience

Property was beautiful, clean and location was great. Had some issues with the lock on the door at times but nothing major. Overall enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg.

Great location

This was on the the best place I have stayed at so far in Gatlinburg. With only 6 units, it wasn’t crowded and you have your own parking place. It was located right in the center of town. Inside was clean and cozy. The only complaint I have was the pillows were not great but that wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Chalet on River Road

We came to Gatlinburg for our granddaughters Ntl Dance Competition at the Convention Center. This was a fantastic walking location. Everything we had planned was in easy walking ( Anakeesta, sky bridge, restaurant and various other activities. The condo has a darker cabin feel, but very clean. Would stay again.

Great location to downtown

We came to celebrate a birthday in Gatlinburg. I loved the view of the river from the balcony. The location to downtown made it easy to come back, relax and drop off stuff we bought without having to mess traffic and parking. Highly recommend. Super clean. Decor is nice!

Location! Location! Location!

Perfect place to stay and within walking distance to everything. The unit was well maintained and very clean. Excellent view of the space needle, sky lift and mysterious mansion. You’re literally in the heart of it all. Highly recommend this unit and look forward to future stays.

Close to Strip

This place was close to the Gatlinburg strip, had a nice balcony overlooking the river. Quiet and check-in, Check-out process was super easy. There is an elevator to make loading and unloading easy. There are only 6 units in the building which makes it nice. The bed was decent and overall we were happy with the place.

Great stay

I enjoyed our stay. Centrally located to everything in Gatlinburg. However if you plan to stay make sure you either pack kind of light as the elevator isn’t very trustworthy. It was broke on checkin and fixed the next day and broke the day after. So had to hand carry all of my luggage up and down two stories but besides that it was great and very clean.
