Spacious, facing south and enriched by a garden with a view of the sea and the bay of Erquy, with 18 beds, it can legally accommodate up to 15 guests.
On the ground floor :

- A large kitchen with sea view, open to the living room with access to the terrace;
- A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm);
- A bathroom adjoining the master bedroom with shower, double sink and WC;

Each room has an Ethernet connection and WIFI access is possible throughout the building.

This property is an "autonomous" house and does not have a traditional heating system (except in the garden level room and the master bedroom). Each room is equipped with auxiliary heating and the house has a fireplace on the ground floor and a stove on the garden level.
