River House with Parking

Castle Retreat is a lovely homely 4 bedroom house with a modern kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed, 2nd bedroom with a double and 3rd bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep 1 person. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs WC. There is off street parking for one car outside the property and it is a short drive from Trostre Park Shopping Centre, Llanelli Wetlands Centre and the vast beaches and sand dunes of Cefn Sidan.

Prior to us giving access to the property you will be required to provide Photographic ID, a valid phone number and your home address for track and trace purposes. A deposit of £150 is collected by the host prior to arrival at the property, this is refunded at the end of your stay providing none of the house rules are broken. There is an increased deposit of £300 for 1 night/ weekend bookings.

Our properties are strictly NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.
There is CCTV located at the front entrance of the house.
No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM

Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
