Everything was nice and clean. Owners were very easy to communicate with, and the two beach chairs included was perfect for us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and great hospitality

The condo, was clean and everything was just like what was mention. The bed was very comfortable which isn't the case in most condos! The views were spectacular from the best baloney that i think I have been on looking over the Gulf. And the host Rachel was fantastic. Very responsive to the few questions that I had! Again, something you don't get from in most rentals.Highly recommend this location and condo! We will be returning!

We love this condo. The view, the ease of checking in and out, the location, and everything was perfect. The host is great. Oh and the bed!!!! I need to know what brand because it was soooo comfortable. You can't go wrong with 1603 Twin Palms!!!

Paradise 16floors up!

This condo is perfect in every way. The kitchen is quite small, but had everything we needed to cook a good ol home-cooked meal. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The property is very clean easy to get into and out of. All the folks we encountered at the condo were extremely nice and pleasant. Not to mention Rachel the host was absolutely amazing and informative and answered all our questions immediately We will definitely stay here again.

Best view

Love this condo and the ocean front view. Love the king size bed and the outdoor furniture on the balcony. Enjoyed both hot tubs (one indoor) on the ground level, as well as the easy beach access. We are return visitors to this condo because we enjoy it so much! Quick beach walk to Pineapple Willy’s daily to refill our cups for beach drinks. Perfect location, perfect view!!

I loved my stay. Everything I needed was supplied. The view was amazing. It came with two beach chairs which were set up every morning. Rachel, the owner, was very helpful and a great host. I will definitely be staying here again!

Hardest thing about a vacation is getting a good night's sleep in a lumpy and uncomfortable bed. But not the case with this property.... Best bed I've ever had on vacation. Combined with the cleanliness and beautiful decor, I felt so at home. Thank you, Rachel

The best

By far, the cleanest place we have stayed in PCB. Great location, a few restaurants within walking distance and even Wal-Mart. It was my wife's birthday and I asked them to have it decorated and they did a fantastic job. We will stay here again for sure.

Awesome condo!

Condo was just as it is listed and was super clean. The parking was convenient and close to the elevators. Never had to wait for an elevator. Beach access was just steps away with 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting each day. Pool and hot tub we clean. Highly recommend.

Great condo with beautiful view

Wonderful experience staying at the Twin Palms resort. Owners were great with communication and made it very easy to check in using building and door access codes. The condo was super clean and had great amenities including a pool and beach chairs. Walking distance to restaurants and very close to grocery stores and a Walmart in case you need anything. We used the condo as home base exploring Shell Island, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and Santa Rosa Beach. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to the panhandle of Florida.

Wonderful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was cute and clean. It had everything we needed. The king-size bed was so comfortable. The shower's water pressure was strong. We really liked the big, private balcony with the comfy furniture. The two lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach was a nice perk.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is small, but having two bathrooms is nice. There is very little counter/prep space, but it’s the layout of the kitchen and can’t be helped. Having beach chairs available was a nice perk. We love the balcony.

What a view!

The balcony was a perfect spot to spend any waking hour! Walked the beach for an hour at a time in either direction—what a beautiful, clean, and uncrowded (February) beach. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo

Stayed there for a week. Excellent location, within walking distance of Walmart in case you need to pick up items. Excellent view of the ocean from the 16th floor balcony, a great place to watch sunsets in the evening and listen to the waves crash against the shore. The condo is spacious enough for a couple of people, the bedroom is very large. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, etc... . It was great having instructions on how to use the Roku tv for streaming or for cable, most condos don't leave instructions and it is very frustrating trying to figure out how to configure the tv if your home setup isn't the same. Rachel had excellent communication and was available for several minor issues that I had which were resolved immediately. The only negative thing I can say is that the outside pool is not heated, and in early February the water is colder than the ocean making it almost impossible to swim laps in. The outside hot tub was heated though.

We live right outside Nashville, TN. We have been going to Panama City Beach for many years and love the area. Our family cannot visit the beach enough. We like that Twin Palms is a single building site with the parking garage under the building so you don't have to walk across the street from a parking garage to the unit. It is not as crowded as a condo with multiple buildings on site. We take the elevator to the garage and walk right out onto the beach. Twin Palms has one of the larger balconies and love the privacy since we hang out there most of the time.
