My apartment has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. You can enjoy an optimal location in the heart of our beautiful city of Bordeaux. The advantage of this luxury apartment is its covered and free parking, a real plus in a large city like Bordeaux. It is bright, and in the evening, the city lights up to offer a breathtaking view from the fifth floor, where the apartment is located (with an elevator, don't worry!).

The stunning and bright living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and a TV perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining dining table is great for social eating. Moreover, you can enjoy Netflix.

The kitchen has a stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well.

The bedroom is complete with a double bed that will be made up of good-quality linens. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. And oh, I also provide fresh towels ;)

The air conditionner is available for you during hot weather (from the 1st May to 30th September).

The Mériadeck district, which emerged from a former district with no great architectural value, offers a vision of urban planning and collective housing from the 1970s. This lively and very commercial district gathers several museums around the impressive Palais Rohan (now the town hall), in front of which stands the majestic Saint-André cathedral and the Pey-Berland Tower, an isolated bell tower topped by a gilded bronze statue of Notre-Dame d'Aquitaine. Nearby, rue Bouffard is home to most of the best antique dealers and decorators in Bordeaux and the Musée des Arts décoratifs et du Design. From this street, you reach Place Gambetta, which offers a delicate English-style garden designed at the end of the 19th century.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).%n%nThere is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
