Casa Greens is nestled in Assagao, right opposite Gunpowder restaurant. Pet-friendly, our art inspired luxurious villa is peaceful and one of the greenest properties of North Goa, with 3 acres of semi wild garden behind the villa, along with a vastu swimming pool. A mix of proximity and isolation, we are just 10 mins drive from Anjuna and Vagator, the other 'happening' locales of our area. In the lap of nature and tranquility, this villa is all about comfort, luxury and peace.
The space
Casa Greens offers you an elegant and comfortable 3 BHK villa with a scenic view of nearby green mountains and flora, ever busy with chirping birds and butterflies. It is a rare opportunity to be amidst the madness of Goa, yet have the luxury of a peaceful and serene environment, a modern and comfortabe accomodation that thrives on convenience, luxury and privacy. We call it the push and pull of proximity and isolation and Swechha House is exactly that.
The villa is in a semi wild 3 acre garden, with a natural water stream at the end of the property. With thousands of trees of varied species, including several fruit as well as medicinal trees, the garden has several comfortable hangout spaces, to read a book, laze, or even meditate and relax. And nothing makes it more perfect - a good size swimming pool to relax and have your Kings beer. Yes, the Vagator and Anjuna beaches are hardly 10 mins drive away, but this pool serves the ones who are lazy to even travel that much and bake in the sun alongside the butterflies!
We have 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining area and 2 terraces. Rooms are airy, each room has its own balcony, enough sunlight and cool breeze all through the day, and fresh air from the nearby mountains fills the space. Furnished with premium quality furnitures and utilities, its actually a home away from home. There is a fully functional kitchen as well.
Breakfast can be ordered the previous evening, would cost Rs 250 per person, and shall be served between 8.30 am to 10.30 am.
Ours is per friendly villa, there is an additional one-time charge of RS 2000 for the pets.
Guest access
We have a beautiful lawn/garden, you could have your morning yoga and breakfast there, while butterflies rest in the greens.
Interaction with guests
We will be able to help you with any other needs you may have while you are staying with us. John and Sameer are the caretakers and they can help you with breakfast too.
Other things to note
As mentioned, the villa is TOTALLY private but important to note that the garden is where we have occasional art and sustainability workshops happening. It's completely peaceful nevertheless but its important to mention it upfront.
