This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths; can sleep 6 or 4 individuals in their own bed. One bedroom has a king size bed and TV, one bedroom has a queen bed and TV and the bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds. Fully furnished with everything you would need for your stay. Equipped with dishes, utensils, cook wear, towels, sheets and a gas grill. Attached 1 car garage.
Close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and 2 breweries. This home is 15 minutes to Marquette and close to biking trails.
The space
There is a private, tranquil patio in the back yard for grilling and the home is walking distance to many recreational areas. It has wifi, and a DVR to record you favorite programs while your exploring the area.

Perfect for families

I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The house was clean and fully stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The host really put a lot of thought and detail in this home to make it as comfortable for her guest as possible! I would recommend this property and will stay again next time I’m in town. Cozy Home

Home was as advertised- very clean, cozy & comfortable. Garage was useful for bike storage & maintenance. Having rented this and other rental properties all over the world, the only downside was after adding all the fees, it seems a bit expensive for the location.

Great accommodations for our family of 6 in the U.P.

We had two adults and four kids. We stayed for several days. The house was comfortable and homey. The 3 bedrooms were plenty for us. We had one room for the 2 boys and another for the 2 girls. Having two full bathrooms made getting ready pretty quick for the entire family. The house sits in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. We were also a quick drive away from all the areas of interest in this part of the U.P. The owners answered any questions we had very quickly and were easy to communicate with. If we ever vacation in that area again, I would definitely consider staying at this house again. Absolutely no complaints. In a nutshell -- clean, comfy, fully furnished with everything you might want, and nice location!

Exceptional property

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully appointed home. The owners have thought of everything from charging blocks on every nightstand to flashlights in every room in case of power outages to board games and amazingly hot water with great pressure. There is extra everything, towels, sheets, pillows, throw blankets in the living room. As if that was not enough, the owners checked on us and were incredibly helpful with local info and things to do. I almost forgot to mention the coffee shop on the corner, which I just loved! I Walked over every morning for a latte! (There is a coffee maker at the house for those who want to make their own). We would come back again and again!

Exceptional Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The host’s communication was impeccable. She left a binder in the counter for local sights and dinning accommodations. She also communicated to us directly about 4th of July events. The house was extremely clean! All the essentials and more were there. We didn’t need anything extra. Our group would highly recommend this place. We will tell our friends and we will return when we visit the UP again. Thanks!

Truly a gem of a vacation home

This house was everything you could want in a vacation home. It was fully stocked with anything you could think of- it was immaculate, and the third floor with the twin beds were a great addition for a family stay.. Our host, Sharon, was the most accommodating and helpful person I have ever dealt with. We were going through a hurricane and she worked with me to make this vacation to surprise my grandson come true. I give this a 10 out of 10 Debbie and family

Comfortable home in a sweet community

The house was well kept, had a backyard with a gas grill & table with chairs. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well equipped. Had 2 bathrooms with showers &1 also had a bathtub. The house was in town and easy to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Great stay!

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was immaculately clean. All the little details of what a family could need were ready for us. We enjoyed having a backyard, access to the garage and everyone had space. Great communication with the owners made check in and check out seamless. Extremely well kept home!

Extremely well kept, comfortable home with very easy access to US-41. Garage was very handy. Plenty of room to street park a large trailer or driveway park a sub 20' trailer. Sharon was very welcoming and keeps an extremely tidy home. Everything you could need at a reasonable price!

Everything we needed and more

This property was clean, comfortable, and the owners were very thoughtful about providing lots of extras for our convenience...nightlights, flashlights, picnic supplies. Loved the outdoor spaces, especially the firepit. Both bathrooms are nice, but we were a bit surprised that one is in the basement. Good communication, quick responses when we had questions. Would recommend this property.

Charming 1950s house with modern amenities

Love it love it love it! You have put a lot of thought and work into making this place the best it can be, and it shows. I’m 6’1 and some of these UP houses can have low ceilings, but that is not the case here.

thoughtful amenities

The house was very clean and well appointed. It is obviously well cared for and Sharon had a number of extra amenities around the house from coffee to flashlights to a deck of cards and a notepad. She also has a book of things to do in the area. We stayed here to bike and the location was perfect. You can walk downtown for a pizza or over to the bakery for breakfast.

Outstanding host!

This cute little place was absolutely outstanding! Spotless, fully furnished with everything your heart desires, and decorated so cute! Ishmeping is a nice safe town and just a short distance to many waterfalls and attractions. Sharon and Dean went above beyond with excellent recommendations for attractions, deals and fantastic restaurants. You certainly will not be disappointed!

Charming Home

My Mother, my Sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and super clean home. The owners had it set up perfectly for us to unpack and settle in right away. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was easy to find with quick access to US Hwy 41. We would definitely stay again when our travels bring us back to the area.
