Disappointed

We were unable to use the backyard patio as the previous renters had had a dog and the smell and flies were overwhelming. The TV and WiFi were not working and even though the property manager sent us new codes nothing worked. The interior of the unit was clean. Beds were comfortable.

came down for a last minute quick trip with friends to visit some other friends. great place for our group size. would recommend this place again.

Just what we needed!

Perfect little home for our family of 4; two littles, ages 10 & 4. Only 3 min drive to the beach. Ralph’s is only a 5 min drive. Amazing little mexican food place around the corner that is within walking distance. Parking is a little crazy, (warning: driveway does not fit a car), but Edna (the property manager) was amazing & parking was never an issue during our stay! The property is adorable with the little details in the decor. The house was overall clean. Had almost everything you would need in a kitchen. The backyard area is cute; we enjoyed burgers on the grill & hanging out outside. They have a projector screen, which my girls & I were able to watch Hocus Pocus II to kick off the fall season. Out family vacay turned out perfect. Thank you Edna for being so accommodating during our stay! Would definitely consider returning.

Cozy place with an awesome movie projector!

We love this place. It was a great location and had a really nice backyard to spend time in. The kitchen had everything you needed and we even enjoyed making a few meals there. We are so grateful!

Nice stay

Very good communication and responsive home owner. Very good Internet. Both me and wife was able to carry out our online meetings without issue. Very short drive to the beach We went and walked at the beach after work every day and also rode the bikes on one day. Parking may get challenging some days but we were able to locate another spot across the street on couple days. I should also add that there is a very cute backyard with a hammock! Overall our stay was nice and fun.

Great little spot in Long Beach

We stayed with our 2.5yo and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a small space but really thoughtfully set up with everything you need. We especially enjoyed having a little backyard space. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Adorable + very clean

The house was very cute, set-up well and very clean. Silam was incredibly responsive. Delicious restaurants nearby, including George's Greek, Nick's on 2nd and The Attic (great brunch). Very comfortable and fenced-in (great for the dogs) backyard set-up with a grill and a hammock!

Horrible stay!

Hot water don’t working, then when it was fixed not cold water to brush your teeth or wash your hands. It was either scolding hot or freezing cold no in between. The listing says there is a parking spot, that is not true. You have a parking space in front of the house that you have to hope someone didn’t take. We spend our nights, after coming home tired from Disney, driving around the area looking for a parking spot. I called the owner and she couldn’t do anything about it. The house has a horrible smell. The house is so small you are constantly bumping into furniture. The crib is in the master bedroom but its so close to the bad that you have to squeeze around the room because it’s so small. There are only toothbrushes and some shampoo, that’s it. I wish we had a review that explained all this before we stayed. This is the first vacation that I couldn’t wait to go home. My impression of the owner is that she is very frugal and takes zero pride in her responsibilities as a landlord.

Great little house in a cool location

My family and I stayed here for a very enjoyable week in July. It’s a great little house in a cool location, close to the beach and lots of good food. It was the perfect size for me, my wife, our 2 year old and 6 month old. There was a good amount of space in the yard, the grill was plenty big to cook for us (steaks and veggies), and the beach equipment was nice to use. The landlord was super responsive and very nice to deal with. Will book again if we stay in Long Beach again.

Easy, convenient, comfortable home with all of the necessities.

I stayed with a few friends in this house and we had a great week with nothing to complain about. The house had everything we needed including our favorite part, a nice private back patio area. The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very accommodating for us. Would definitely recommend staying here and will myself if I’m ever in the area again.
