**Rusty Bridge River Lodge: A Dog-Friendly Haven Amidst Cascades Charm!**
Rusty Bridge River Lodge is a pup friendly cabin that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. This fully remodeled cabin, built in 1958, sits adjacent to the single lane Rusty Bridge over the Sauk River, providing guests with breathtaking river views. The cabin features plush queen beds on both the main floor and the loft, all wrapped in hotel-quality cotton linens. The panoramic views of the Sauk River, combined with cozy interiors, promise a memorable retreat. Inside, the inviting living room with its gas fireplace and snug couches offers a haven of relaxation. Meanwhile, the fully equipped kitchen and adjacent patio BBQ invite culinary adventures. This is a 4 season paradise!

Beyond the cabin's cozy interiors, relish in your private outdoor space, equipped with an exclusive hot tub overlooking the river. As the evening envelopes, spark up memories around your private fire pit, all set against the backdrop of towering evergreens, epitomizing the Pacific Northwest ambiance.
For those driven by wanderlust, the lodge's surroundings beckon with opportunities for kayaking, fly fishing, and hikes through trails leading to hidden waterfalls and iconic locations like Lake 22 and Gothic Basin.
Your journey is further enhanced by the vibrant culture of Granite Falls. Dive into the town's spirit with lively bars, intimate tap rooms, aromatic coffee shops, and an array of restaurants capturing the essence of the region.
The entire home and property are yours to enjoy. Adjacent cabins are nearby, but each has separate parking areas and entrances and is privacy fenced, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. Past guests have enjoyed the privacy with hardly a notice of the other guests in those cabins. The firepit by the beach is reserved for you, and river access just below the steps is shared with Mt. Pilchuck River Cabin. The Verlot Campground, the ranger station, and Heather Creek are just a short walk away.

We are located next to the Rusty Bridge and the Stilly River. Situated just below Mt. Pilchuck and Heather Lake. We are in a community of cabins within the USDA forest service area. It's a little rustic in our neighborhood. There is a mix of vacation cabins and permanent residences. We have very low crime in our zone, and most folks keep to themselves. This is an all inclusive space and very welcoming. Don't be surprised if someone goes by and gives you a friendly wave. Many locals have helped with our restoration and creation here, and folks look out for each other in the Verlot community. You are in a welcome place :)
We want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

1) Please be aware that the sleeping loft is accessible via spiral stairs, which adds to the charm of the cabin.

2) If you plan to bring your furry friend, we welcome them with open arms and have a maximum of two dogs allowed per stay with a fee of $25 per pup per night. No cats are allowed. To avoid any confusion, please include your dog in the reservation. Please note that we kindly ask you to not allow dogs on the furniture, beds, or in the sleeping loft.
Note: The pet fee is not included in your booking. To cover the cost, It will be added separately when you confirm your reservation as an alteration request. Kindly accept it when you can.
Note: Please be aware that the yard is not fully fenced. For the safety of your pet and others, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash or under voice command at all times.
Note: Leaving dogs unattended at the property is not allowed. A $500 fine will be charged if this happens.

3) We DO NOT allow early check-ins or late check-outs. Please do not arrive early, or stay past check-out. The cleaners will be there by 11 AM. If the cabin is ready before the standard 4 PM time, our team will message you. The cabin is usually booked back to back with every guest deserving a fully cleaned and presented cabin :)

4) We do provide firewood, however we do recommend that you bring a couple bundles of dry firewood and kindling for that great fire in the firepit.

5) AllTrails is a great resource for your local hikes and excursions.

6) Weather forecast for your planning should be Verlot Washington.

7) Closest gas, grocery, outfitters, firewood, restaurants, coffee, and bars is 15 minutes to the West in Granite Falls Washington. You should find everything you need there.

8) All your information for directions, check-in, house information, codes, check-out instructions will be emailed 2 days prior to your arrival.
9) The cabin is stocked with a 20 spice spice rack, salt and pepper, olive oil & non-stick spray, popcorn and an air popper, fresh French Roast coffee beans and grinder, French Press, Coffee Maker, single-cup pour over filter system, assorted teas, hot chocolate and cider packets, monk fruit & stevia, toaster, blender, cocktail shaker, gas BBQ and utensils, tea pot, washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener, organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and a hair dryer. Oh, and all of the pots and pans you need :)
