Dreamy Beachside 4 Bedroom All Suite w/ Gorgeous Views in Pointe West, Galveston

Absolutely stunning custom home with open floor plan. Features chef dream kitchen, oversized dining area and comfortable living room. Breathtaking views of West Bay and the Gulf of Mexico from every window and each of the multiple balconies.

Each of the four bedrooms has a full size bathroom - two of the bathrooms have soaking hot tubs with separate showers. The yard is fenced, has an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, and there is a screened porch by the pond. Great space to take advantage of the charcoal grill, enjoy a meal at the picnic table, and relax in the hammock. The game room has a pool table, board games, video games, and televisions to stream all of your favorites.

World class resort amenities are available for your enjoyment. The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children 4 and younger do not pay) for use of the Beach Club, Sunset Pools and Lazy River, fitness center, and game room. No wristbands are required to enjoy our playground and beautiful beaches without vehicular traffic. The wristbands are available at the office every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season) - Beach Club, 4161 Pointe West Drive. This home can support 12 wristbands in total. Temporary bands to enter the restaurant or gift shop are also available upon request.

Coastal weekend
Overall, we liked the house and location. You can tell that this home has been enjoyed by many over the years. Access to the Point West clubhouse was a real highlight! The 4 bedrooms were great for our family of 6. Our negatives: the entry garage access to the house was pretty messy with old beach toys/floats tossed about but this could easily be corrected. Also, some updated/better organized kitchen-ware would have made this house 5* in my mind.

Great fun !
Our family enjoyed the house very much ! With 13 of us , we had plenty of room . Everything was clean & nice , beds were comfortable , kids loved playing the video games, & overall, just a really nice stay ! Beautiful home-away-from-home!
This is such a lovely house! It is well-maintained and well-stocked. Everyone loved the pool table, hammock, rocking chairs and multiple patios. Our group had a wonderful time. I've already recommended it to family and friends, and hope to be back next summer!

Amazing Stay
Great property… location is great, close to beach access and a quiet beach spot, nice kitchen with lots of conveniences, big dining table to fit the crowd, comfortable seating areas, pool table and gaming was a big hit, two kings and 2 bunk rooms provided plenty of comfy beds for our stay, garage access for beach stuff and lots of extra beach stuff to use, nice patios with lots of seating and a grill… only downside was the downstairs king bath wasn’t very big, intended as a guest suite, but it worked, and nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom… property owners were great, good communication and easy to work with, above and beyond for a great stay… looking forward to coming back!!

Beach getaway
The house was perfect with two rooms with two sets of bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook a large family meal. My favorite thing about this house is all the beach wagons and toys in the garage that we did not have to transport to the property. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The pointe west community is the kindest and cleanest in Galveston. The beach club was fun! We will definitely stay again.

Great house with a view
We loved this house! We come to Pointe West every summer and this house was one of our favorites. We loved the balcony/porch off of the kitchen that overlooks the pond and beyond to the ocean. The kids room was huge! The kids loved the bathroom too. Highly recommend! We rented golf carts… so fun to drive to pool, lazy river and the beach. Communication with the owner was great.

Relaxing, accommodating, felt like home!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dreamy Beachside! The property is very spacious, beautiful, and had anything you could possibly need for cooking, entertainment or relaxation. Spring Break Getaway
Nice-sized home in the heart of Pointe West. Close to dune walkover, beach club, and short jaunt to bayside amenities. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, lots of room to spread out. The game room with the pool table was a huge hit with the teens! They had their own space on 2nd and 3rd floors, leaving the downstairs for the rest of the family. Weather too cold to really enjoy the decks, patios, and porches, but they are bound to be a huge gathering space in warmer weather. This home is made for families, well-loved, and it shows.

First, we were happy with so many things, especially the responsiveness of the owner, Danielle, when I had questions before the trip. She was just lovely and helpful, and that is such a bonus when renting a property. The welcome gift was only our second one in all of our VRBO trips, and it was just perfect, so thoughtful! The house is filled with accessories not always found in rentals. We had multiple throws in the living room - perfect for our little ones who snuggled up to watch movies after a long day at the beach. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc., for all of our meals through the week. Laundry detergent taken care of, extra toilet paper, paper towels - items not always provided in rentals. There were a few hiccups. In the king bedroom off of the kitchen, there is pretty constant pipe chattering in the sink pipes, loud enough we had to close the door at night so we could sleep. In the upstairs bunkroom bathroom, the shower door was almost impossible to close, and eventually the handle to the door came completely off. We also had an infestation of ants in the upstairs king room that eventually came all the way down the stairs. They got inside bathing suits and clothes that people were only finding once they put them on - pretty painful! Obviously a problem impossible to predict, but might need some pest control. We did take advantage of some of the beach items left in the garage, although several were already broken. The back patio was a nice space for the kids, as was the back yard. The charcoal grill had some issues, according to the cooks - mostly uneven cooking, I think. This is a great house for a big group, lots of stairs, a little crowded at times for our group, but the big table was perfect for meals. The littles loved the bunks on both floors, and created a lot of play time there. This is a well-loved and often-used house, and you will most likely love it, too. .

A memory that will last forever!
This house is truly amazing from the moment you drive up, to the moment you leave. When you walk inside the home you immediately feel happiness and right at home. The rooms are decorated so nice, and you have everything you need in the garage to enjoy a day at the beach. My greatest part of the house was the top balcony at night. The stars were breathtaking!!! If you book this place you will be beyond satisfied because not only will you get an amazing home, but you also get an amazing host. Thank you so much Danielle.
