Sleeping five people, the apartment is pleasant, spacious, bright and well appointed. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay!
It has three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed, a shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room to relax in after a day of walking.
You will have at your disposal a beautiful and large TERRACE in the calm and furnished where you can take your aperitifs quietly!

The bar downstairs is no longer playing music and is closing early due to sanctions imposed by the prefecture.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

The advantage of the accommodation is its very ideal location! It is located in the heart of the city center and close to all amenities: various bars, restaurants, shops....
For your shopping, you will find several small supermarkets nearby, namely a "Carrefour Express" which is at the foot of the building.

## Emplacement
Located in the heart of the South-West, Toulouse deserves its name of pink city. The pinkish color of the brick of its buildings and houses gives the city an undeniable charm.

Renowned for its lively atmosphere, Toulouse is also a city of Art and History with an important architectural and artistic heritage that has been magnificently preserved over the centuries. It is with enchantment that one discovers its historical center which abounds in Renaissance mansions. A marvel! This privilege makes Toulouse the richest city in France in terms of Renaissance mansions. These prestigious residences were built in the 16th century by rich woad merchants and bear witness to the splendid period that the city experienced during the woad trade era. This dye plant was then cultivated in the surrounding plains of the Lauragais region. Among the most beautiful Renaissance buildings in the city are the Hôtel d'Assézat, which today houses the Fondation Bemberg, a private museum with a collection of paintings; the Hôtel de Bernuy, flanked by an octagonal tower; the Hôtel du Vieux-Raisin; and the Hôtel de Clary or Hôtel de Pierre.

The Place du Capitole is the heart of the city. This very lively square is surrounded by beautiful buildings such as the Capitole, a 16th century building housing the City Hall and the Theater. Behind this prestigious eight-columned building is a 16th-century keep, the former Archives Tower, which is now the headquarters of the tourist office.
